Good morning to everybody! And hang in there CMo4, my best friend gets wicked panic attacks too, I'll be thinking about you.

Well, I'm down 3 lbs and right in the middle of TOM so that's rather promising for next week I hope. Cardio has been brutal with all the bloat swoosing around but getting 'er done. A nice 209 now, only 10 pounds more to go, sweet.

Have an inspired day everyone. Gotta go sweat on purpose.

Yay! 1.4 pounds gone today! It may bounce around more, but I'll take it for now. I was so thrilled to see the drop today since it's my WW weigh-in day also. Now I have to eat OP today so it shows up on the scale tonight. Seriously, I think being back online with you all is providing the perfect motivation to get past those barriers I set up in my head like: "I'll never be able to get back to the 140's, let alone the 150's again" or "I'll never get into size 10's" or whatever I've told myself until now.

FSA-I hear you on trying to shake things up because you're frustrated or bored with how things are. You obviously know certain things work for you, so stick with that. I have to laugh because I actually came out of my rut when I STOPPED tracking everything so carefully and just ate what I knew I should when I was hungry. (I do NOT suffer from the forgetting to eat problem!!) Anyway, you are awesome and I know you will continue to work on things until you find YOUR solution. It's different for us all, as you know. But maybe one of us will offer some piece of wisdom from our own experience that will help you. You deserve it since you're such an inspiration around here!! Take care of yourself and keep being your wonderful self! (P.S. Let me echo what Delphi said. If you need to talk, I'm here for you. Don't feel like you have to handle whatever life's handing you right now on your own!)

Time to go post some minutes on the exercise thread...

tummygirl ~ Way to go on the three pound drop. That's amazing especially during TOM!

MsP ~ on the panties...erm, on the drop. Seeeeeeeeeeeee, we told ya to hang in there and you did. Going a little off plan can sometimes, boost our metabolism, or at least readjust it, hence the loss. So it isn't such a bad thing when you stall out. I'm so proud of you for sticking in there.

to MsP, LaurenA, & tummygirl on the losses!!! U are rockin' it girls!!!

Got my run in this morning but felt a bit bloated. Could it be that TOM is around corner? Don't know but I'd like to get it over with early in this challenge so I can really push at the end of the month. Nothing is more depressing than working hard for weeks and then TOM screws up your progress at the end!

I'd like to say for Delphi for always being here when any of us need the support!!!

Oh man, I hear ya urockmom on wishing it would come on. I'm mentally preparing myself for it, but dang it if I don't want to deal with it towards the end of the challenge. Perhaps, it will come soon for both of us.

Delphi, I am the QUEEN of lists! Lol!! I've made lists all my life for everything you can think of. My DH makes fun of me, lol! He even finds it funny and not at all surprising that I keep the lists in these threads, lol! In recent years, however, I have not stuck to my daily lists as closely. It used to be that I was very linear, and I would do everything exactly in the order of my list. Then during the last couple of years of teaching, I was going to grad school and I became a part-time librarian at my high school, as well as teaching English and heading up multiple committees, and I made lists like mad to try to keep up, but too much was going on, too much multi-tasking had to be done on the spur of the moment, and I learned to "wing it" while keeping in mind the things on the list that absolutely had to get done. So now I make lists, but I am still in that mindset of winging it while keeping in mind the main things on the list that must get done. If making a daily list is working for you, I think that is wonderful! It's a great tool! There are definitely days when I get stressed out and following a list exactly balances me, like when I was forgetting more and more to eat multiple meals and snacks each day, so I created a schedule and posted it in the May thread to follow exactly for a while. But I find, overall, I can't stick to following lists exactly like I used to, day after day. And that's probably a step in the right direction for me since I've been a perfectionist all my life. It's good for me not to try to have perfect control because it's an impossible feat and I only end up failing and beating myself up because of it. Now I try to allow myself some leeway, so although I still make the lists, I no longer carry them around in my pocket! Lol!

CMof4, I too am susceptible to depression and anxiety attacks, so I know what you are going through. I am so happy to hear that you are aware of the patterns and symptoms to watch out for. I am not on meds, so I constantly have to be vigilant of my moods. I'm glad the meds are working for you and that you decided to go back to them. They did not work for me and only made matters worse, but what I am doing now--therapy, alternative coping skills, and constant monitoring--has worked for me, for 6 years now! Just keep paying attention and remember that anxiety attacks are caused by a brain chemical balance, nothing more. Things are not really that dire in real life, although the anxiety can sure make you think they are by the toll it takes on you physically! Just keep monitoring it, and if you feel like you need to up your meds, do. Meds sometimes need tweaking, and that's okay!

Well, ladies, I'll come back for more personals. I have to go to the gym, but hey, it's around noon, so I think I'll eat lunch first! And yes, I remembered breakfast! Thanks girls!
