I've only gotten 1 day of exercise this past week. So I'm not keeping up to my challenge of 3 days a week. But that's 1 day more than I did the previous weeks. I still have time to get in one tonight since I do my weigh ins on Wed morning. So, maybe it will end with 2.

No, wait.

It WILL end with 2 this week, aiming for 3 next week. Oh, I need to be strong and just do it!!

Krista, I completely missed knowing it was your birthday too! Happy belated birthday to you! I'll have to check out that recipe, it sounds yummy!

You'll be back down in pounds before you know it. You still have to live your life and birthdays are special. You'll get right back on track and carry on!

hello all!! I'm back from Isla Mujeres, Mexico and it seems that a lot has happened since I have been gone!! Congrats to those who made their goal!! I'm not sure if I made mine or not, i'm thinking I didn't but since I didn't weigh myself I have no idea. I had a rough few days before going to mexico, my 5 month old german shepherd puppy got into some raisins which are apparently VERY TOXIC to dogs. They can cause acute kidney failure. So he was in the emergency room starting the day before I left for Mexico. I was a complete wreck, i couldn't enjoy my vacation very well and I just ate, ate, ate...Well good news he is all better now!! Apparently we got him in early enough because I noticed that something wasn't right about how he was acting and I looked it up and found out, so thank God I got him in right away or my puppy would have died while I was on vacation.

Well anyways, I found out he was going to be ok and enjoyed the right of my trip a lot!! I weighed in today haha and gained 6 pounds in a week!! ahh!!!!! I'm hoping its just some water weight, cuz I was eating a lot of fish, but I also had quite a few beers too!! oops. haha.

My goal for Arbor day is to lose 20 pounds. It was my goal for last time and I almost made it so I want to this time,I want to beat it plus more.

Thanks Shylah, Jdonato, Lori, and Susie!! It wasn't an awesome day bc I had to work and we were really busy...but atleast I had a good weekend! haha But, I'm still paying for it on the scale! BLAH!!! Up 0.4 today to 179.8...didn't get as much exercise in as I wanted, but just did one WATP High Calorie Burn...then caved for a donut at work which put me over my calories by almost 200...oh well...still almost 6wks for the challenge...I WILL GET BACK ON TRACK TODAY!!!

Sorry I can't respond to everyone...maybe it won't be as busy at work tonight and I can get back on....but right now, it's time to go work out before I go into work!!! Maybe I'll do WATP AND 10min Trainer (haven't done this one in a loooong time)...HAPPY TUESDAY! haha

Spent the morning making a new pot of my MEGA VEGIE SOUP. I have found this to be a lifesaver in my weight loss. I'm terrible about fitting in enough vegies. So I make this soup and freeze it in gladware. It's 130 cals per cup and I'll eat 2 cups for a lunch portion and a cup for a pre-supper appetizer. It's filling and helps me get my vegies in. The pot of soup makes 14 cups. If you'd like the recipe you can message me. I just use no salt added canned vegies and frozen vegies for ease.

I've also been drinking my water better today.

Ok, off to exercise while the baby is napping!

Hi! Hope everyone is doing well!
My brain is fried. I don't remember if I said it already, but I won a gift certificate online and got two free workout DVD's with it. One is cardio and the other one is strength training. I had been doing the strength training DVD for the past week and then I tried the other one and it said it was incompatible with my DVD player I don't know why. They came from the same site and are made by the same company. I did get it to work on my mom's laptop this morning, but it's just not as good as the television screen.

My guess as to my weight was way off. I'm up almost a pound and a half I'm at 112.4 lbs. today. Back to once a day weighing. It will keep me on track. I think I went about a week and a half without stepping on the scale Crazy!

So, back to the grind...

Had a little more fruit and f.f reddi whip than I was planning, so my calories are a bit higher, not much though. I lost a 1/2 lb. from yesterday, it's going so slow. I'll be at 1100 cal. by tonight after dinner. I plan the whole day out ahead of time.

I am a wreck~Scared so bad of the silly dentist 2morrow~Now that it is getting later I am freaking out cause my appointment is at 8:45 a.m.~UGHHHHHH

Hope that medicine works the dentist prescribed to calm me.
My calories are at 1440 today & I am full for 2day.So thats great~usually when I am nervous I wanna over eat~looks like I am ok with that anymore which is good!!!

Will post again 2morrow~I was freaking out & had to get it out to everyone~LOL! (I am pathetic sometimes~hehehe)Dang dentists! STUPID TEETH!

lori259- hey, whatcha doing at the dentist tomorrow? I was scared too, I went in last week... was really scared... but I made it. I just had some fillings though, and the needles got me the most the needles always get me....it's an irrational fear of mine. I tell ya, they do a darn good job of numbing ya up though.... my doc rubbed novocaine on my gums beforehand works like a charm to dull the needle thing. It was no biggie... as for pullings, I can't tell ya I did mine in a place where they put ya out...my bf seems to be ok though... it's later when the stuff wore off he had trouble (a tooth rooted in sinus cavity)

oh and it's a good thing they prescribed something to calm ya, they basically told me to just deal...in a nice way...argh!! I was shaking when they put a needle in front of my face...darn things.... good luck, it'll be ok....

Hey everyone.
Been nursing a sick baby and she is clingy when she doesn't feel well. But so goes it with my daughter. The dr gave her something for her coughs that kept us both up all night last night.

I've had a pretty good day but haven't done anything that resembles a workout. I guess I will have to pull out a video because I don't want to count today as my off day. I like to save those for the weekend. Anywho, I think I've done pretty good eating on plan today.

Hope everyone had a good day and is ready for a awesome tomorrow!!

farn - I'm so glad your dog is ok and that your trip was good.

Lori - I understand dentist anxiety. Took me a long time to get over it, but I love my dentist and am no longer scared of it. I hope you can get to that point too.

Well, I got some walking in tonight. Nothing major, just a jaunt around the neighborhood, up and down hills, with the son and hubby for 30 minutes, maybe 40.

Farn...glad to hear your puppy is OK! My dog is like my child...I am a wreck if he's sick or hurt

Unofficial weigh in today and I'm down a little over a pound since Friday. Kinda slow for me, but at least it's going in the right direction! I've been losing right around 3 lbs a week since I started in January, but I guess as I get lighter I have to expect it to slow down a bit.

2nd day on level 2 of my biggest loser sculpting DVD. Should probably drink more water with the weight training! Feeling sore but starting to see some results
