Hi everyone!
So good to see the familiar and new faces here ready to tackle another challenge! I'm excited! I had no idea there was an Arbor Day prior to this challenge but I'm all for it!
So, 6 weeks until April 30. I challenged myself last go around and aimed for a 10 lbs loss and came up a couple of lbs short. This time, I'm going to hit it.
My goals:
• Weight loss goal: -10lbs
• Exercise goal: complete with C25K challenge and running 5K at least 2x a week
• Size goal: Size 12 (hitting this one would be so awesome!)
Can't wait to check in on everyone's progress during this challenge. The last challenge was so much fun and motivating for me!
