Hi everyone... looks like you are all doing great. I have been pretty much OP except some of those calories were empty hershey bar calories... Anyways, all chocolate has finally been eaten in my house so no more in my face temptations... I am well on schedule to make my goal so I am thrilled.

Morning, all.

Yesterday was completely OP for food, so that's day 2 of my recovery from the carb-fest.

Last night, I decided to kick my own butt, and try to get back OP with the exercise, too. So before bed, I got in 30 mins of running. It felt good, of course. I'm just taking it a day at a time. Four hours of skating tonight, so that will cover today's exercise.

Remember the arm that's been hurting me since I did a bunch of pruning last week? Well, it was feeling a little better from the rest, then Weds night at skating this big teenager plowed me down, and I slapped it hard on the concrete when I fell. Didn't break it, but it's hurting worse than ever now. I am really missing my lifting!

The scale is back to my pre-TOM weight, so we'll see where it goes from here, now that I'm off the white carbs.

Kiwi, glad to hear the chocolate is gone. I was weak for the H candy the first day or two, before I got it under control, but I was also relieved when it was all gone!

Hey all!

Sounds like everyone is right on track. That's awesome! Things are going well here too. Monday is my weigh in day and things look on track for a nice loss this week.

Have a great weekend, everyone!

Well, today was weigh in day, and much to my delight I was down another 2 pounds. I am so happy that I was able to stay OP. Now I need to get my exercising OP. This is just making me feel so good.

Jams, I hope your arm gets feeling better again real soon. It sucks to be in pain.

Have a great day everyone.

Huh Jammy, muscle photos? I'll see what I can do, will see if my assistant has time next week at the studio for a little muscle shoot. And they are little muscles! Your poor, poor arm

Congrats Wilma! 2 pounds rocks!

I got this WW scale back in February, when I swore my old one wasn't 'working' (it was just that I wasn't losing, silly me thought a new scale would prove the old one wrong). Anyhow, it had the option of setting a goal weight. At the time I was 284 pounds. I chose 165.6 (it picked weird numbers like that as goals, I couldn't get a straight 165 for some reason). 165.6 seemed as far away as the moon from my vantage point.

Well spank me and call me an astronaut! I hit that goal today, shot for the moon!

So yeah, that was sort of exciting, but anticlimactic. I thought the scale would set fireworks, explode or at the least make a noise. I just looked at it, stepped off, smiled at myself in the mirror and took my son to school. No explosions.

Not done yet but excited I got that goal!

WOW, FB, hitting your goal is GREAT!!! I know what you mean about buying a new scale because you thought the old one wasn't working right, but to top it off I once, or twice took it to another part of the floor, as I thought maybe the floor wasn't level and it made the scale weigh me wrong. Go figure, it wasn't the scale or the floor. Just me not facing reality.

Wilma, thanks! I hope it gets better soon, too.

FB, you don't have to, no pressure intended, but I know you've been working hard at the weights, so I thought you might want to show off some of those new muscles! WTG and congrats on meeting that milestone today! Nice!

Okay, I've got to get some sleep. Skating is done, I skated till their weren't no more, so I definitely got my workout in. Food was perfectly OP today, and lots of water...I'm back in the game! Woohoo!

Hello ladies!

I was 339.4 today at my weight in (yay!) so 5 lbs towards my 25 more lbs lost by new years goal I can TOALLY do 20 lbs in a month and a half. I'm confident

Thanks everyone, thanks so much!

Jamster- No pressure taken! I'll just figure out how to do it - I always flex in front of any mirror I pass at home - my husband laughs. I don't know if my home snapshotter camera has a timer, which is why I was thinking I could head up to the studio to have my asst. take some nicely lit shots. I have a hard time checking out my back muscles in the mirror - so 'pro' shots would be fun!
I just don't want to disappoint if you have a mental image of a She-ra. Or scare anybody

Besides, a muscle photo would be a much more fun avatar than my salt and pepper shaker cats on our dining room table. I'm getting tired of those silly cats anyhow.

I really want to skate everytime I read about you doing that. I'm going to see if the rink is open tomorrow for a family date. I hope I don't lose my front teeth or anything.

I weighed in this morning and have lost another half pound and finally have made my Halloween goal. Ha, ha. Better late than never, especially if it's half a pound of fat.

FB, it should be a law somewhere that music at least should play when wonderful things happen. I have often imagined fireworks and music and cheering when nice things happen to me. Congrats on meeting the scale's goal.
