I'm in again! The Halloween challenge was a great success for me so I'm hoping to do that again.

My goals:
15 lbs gone to put me at 175
Be able to run 2 miles without walking

Woohoo! We can do this! I'm excited!

I'd like to be 175 by New Years, which will be my lowest weight since the age of 12. Fitting into size 10 jeans by then would also be nice, since I'm hoping to get gift cards for Christmas!

I plan to be down to 187 by New Years' so that I can fit into that beautiful coat I bought last time I was dieting. That means I need to stay op with my food choices, exercise 3 or 4x/wk minimum, and drink my water.

Jam - good on you for that coat!
Drina - I am so hoping for gift card action this Christmas too! I've been trying to hold off on buying clothes, unless absolutely necessary, looking forward to spending my gift cards. Watch, this will be the first year in ages that I get presents instead. Ugh!

I want to be in the 100's come New Year's...so that would be a loss of 10 lbs!

Hopefully, I can achieve it by staying OP with food choices, exercising, and trying not to blow it come Thanksgiving and Christmas

I'm actually under my calories at this point in the day. Didn't mean to, just happened.

Going to have a nice sandwich for dinner and a cup of soup to bring myself up to about 1500.

Need to get off on the right foot for this challenge!

I had a really good day today. I have a hard time getting motivated on Mondays and the time change completely messes my system up. But I completed my 45 min circuit and I did 10 mins of flexibilty pilates.

I also completes 50 squats for the exercise challenge!! My eating was good too, I was just about right for my calories and had a lot of protien today.

Keep up the good work chickies!! Jan 1 is coming faster than we think!!

Well I'm aiming for 120 by christmas so i guess my New Year goal will be not to gain any weight between christmas and new year, which i think will be hard as Im a bit of a party animal during the festive season! But I know i can do it I'm also going to keep working out when i go home for christmas, just because it's the holidays, it's no excuse not to keep exercising!

Ooh, I didn't even think of gift cards...that would be a help with the clothing budget! I'll have to remember that, if anyone asks me for ideas.

I've been spending the last two days cutting brambles out by the roadside. My arms feel like they've been through nine kinds of upper body lifting workouts...whimper! I've got another day of cutting ahead of me, but the end is in sight, thankfully.

Food has been bad this week, not binging or anything, but lots of starchy carbs, since we've been on a budget crunch and just eating out of the pantry. I'm getting more creative with them, though, and at least learning to keep it as low fat as possible, which should help some. At least the scale doesn't seem to be going up, and the pants still fit the same, so I don't think I've done any damage. Should be back to my normal way of eating by the end of the week.

I am going to try for a 12 lbs lost, put me at a goal of 175 which I have not at since I had my daughter
Believe it or not when I was preggo I only gained 18 lbs and after I had her I lost 35 lbs. I had evening sickness which made it hard for me to eat and plus I couldn't eat fried foods. Ain't that something Wish that I could have keep those feelings forever

Hoping that everyone meets their goal
