What are you doing or planning to do in the next few weeks to insure that you stay on plan?

1. Journaling all food.
2. Increasing my water intake to 120 ounces per day.
3. Journaling all exercise.
4. Scheduling my time so that I have a minimum of 30 minutes per day to exercise.

I was very inspired by TBL last night.

I have been walking at work every day. I work at a large campus of interconected buildings so I can walk for about 45 minutes inside!

Well I did my walk today...extra fast power walking...plus an extra 10 mins and a couple of extra flights of stairs! I was proud of that! BUT THEN...

When I got home, the weather was so perfect. I grabbed the dogs and we went for an hour long walk in the park next door!

I havn't moved this much in years!!!!

A combo of jogging and walking = wogging. Sometimes also called wunning (walking + running).

Jo - congratulations on your huge loss last challenge. Amazing.
Brenda - hope you feel better!

This challenge I plan to up my exercise. I always use the hot summer as an excuse to stop running, and I always gain weight when I do that (you'd think I would learn). Although it is still crazy hot and we hit the high 90's today, I am committed to getting back out there, I just need to drink a bit more water. So today I did 3 miles. Back in the spring I was all excited about running a half marathon in December, but since I took the summer off that sure isn't going to happen. But I CAN do a 5k. I'm going to sign up for a November race soon.

I enjoyed the show last night but don't imagine it is going to get really good until we start to get to know the teams more. I was really touched by the team with the really big 4 year old. I hope they can make changes and take them back to their family.

Jo- Thanks for coming on and cheerleading - You are such an inspiration.
Chellez - My goal is to lose 15 lbs, which would be past the half way mark, and comfortably past the obese part!
What am I doing to stay on plan? I plan to workout, workout, and workout!

Angeline I can totally understand that and you need to do what works for you to best accomplish your goals! That's really all I meant. I would not do well with comparison either, but someone to encourage me in my plan that I've set in place for myself is always a good thing! Looks like you have good thoughts about what you'll do to stay on track these next few weeks!

OMGas my students would say! This is a busy thread. I don't know where to begin. This is a great, supportive group and I see lots of people who are sharing good tips! What do I plan to do over the length of the challenge to support my weight loss?

food journaling
drink all my water
and step up the exercise to five days a week, no excuses
