2. What eating plan are you using? Just making healthier choices and eating more regularly... I had gotten in a bad habit of skipping meals and in doing so I believe my metabolism slowed waaay down!
3. What is your favorite way to exercise? Walking, Jogging, balance ball, bowflex...
4. What is one area of weightloss that you struggle with? I seem to lose motivation when I hit a plateau or when I get overwhelmed with everything that being a mother, especially a stay at home mother to 4 kids!, involves!!!
5. What is one area of weightloss that you excel at? I can tend to be a bit competitive, so when I see someone who is succeeding at their weightloss goals, it gives me an extra boost!
6. What is your short term goal? I want to feel good about my body when my dh and I go on our vacation in July for our anniversary trip. I am tired of looking at photos of myself and all I see is "look how fat I look". I want to look at photos and remember the memory!!!
7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal? I think that a week in Honduras with just my hubby, no kiddos is allll the reward I need right now!!
8. Best weight loss tip? If you fall off the wagon, jump back on!

10. Tell us a little about yourself! I am a sahm to 4 dd's. We have 2 dogs, a bullmastiff and a soft coated wheaten terrier, 1 cat and a bearded dragon. Since starting to work out and exercise, I have felt soooo good, it's almost addicting! I enjoy spending time with dh, friends, the kids, reading a book when I can find time or sewing and cross stitch. I LOVE when dh and I can get a little break to get in a motorcycle ride! I guess that sums it up
