3. What is your favorite way to exercise? Kickboxing/strength training classes
4. What is one area of weightloss that you struggle with?Go full force then burning out, not adding one thing at a time so that this stay a lifetime goal. I also tend to mess up once and then I quit, so I am working on this
5. What is one area of weightloss that you excel at? Changing things up and surrounding myself with 3fc
6. What is your short term goal? I would really like to be in onederland by the end of this challenge
7. What will you reward yourself with when you reach that goal? A spa day, facial mani, pedi, and tons of pampering:P
