Shymoment, Skinnyvibes, CountingDown, Cassie501: Good Morning!
Tina: Glad your son is back safe. I always get a little uneasy when my kids are away from me. Even if they went to the store with Daddy, I have to say a little prayer for their safety. I am amazed I even let them leave the house. The first time I let my son spend the night with someone, I was a nervous ninny. Can you count that laundry as exercise??? I am sorry to hear that about your sister. I have a sister that stayed in an abusive relationship for 16 years. She had a son with him and because of the role model that her son had, he was abusive too. Hit his own mom! Okay, don’t get me started. Good for you for standing up to your sister. You sound like a very strong person. And you hit it on the nail head. She does not what him for a role model for her son. Sending up a little prayer for her. Therapet: The angel sounds better. I was always wondering about the chocking hazard of the baby. Congrats on the no wine/cake victory! SceneStealer: Wow! I didn’t even know that there were rooms with equipment in them. Of course I have never exercised while away, unless you count walking around Disney for 9 days for 12 hours straight…Or hiking during camping. Usually my vacations have a lot of exercise just built into them. New attitude in the future for me though!!!! Andi18: Sorry to hear about your car. JlBake: I hope you start feeling better. I still haven’t did my step-ups. I still have till Monday to do it. I am a procrastinator, sooo…..I can see it now. Nah! Hopefully, I’ll get it done earlier than that. I’ll keep you posted. HuneB: Great job staying on plan and good luck on the quiz! Catway8: I hope you start feeling better. My baby slept better last night. Still the sniffles, but it was so nice she was able to rest. The night before, she just was so miserable. So thanks again for the well wishes. My goal is to only eat healthy protein and veggies for dinner until my weight moves again. Also, still need to do the 500 step-ups along with my walks with the kids. Have a good day everyone! |
Good morning! I had a crazy busy day yesterday and I just realized I never did check in. So it was my day 2 week 5 C25K run...8 minutes, 5 minute walk, and another 8 minute run. It was hard- but I did it! I keep surprising myself, lol. I even added a minute to the second run. I am still nervous about tomorrow's 20 minutes-- but I guess if I keep it slow it's doable! I just really want to get to the point where I can get on and do 30-35 minutes 3-4x a week and have it feel great. Maybe that's where I'll be in a month!
Eating wise I've been pretty good- TOM started yesterday which kind of surprised me because I didn't have the "eating symptoms" of pms. But this morning I totally wanted donuts, lol. Figure I'm safe if I stay home. Hope everyone has a great day! |
Good Morning Red Chicks,
It is a beautiful day in the ATL today. Andi18-Sorry to hear about your car trouble. Sounds miserable. Being that your in Omaha maybe you could just ice skate wherever you need to go! I grew up in Omaha. I went to Westside High School and the University of Nebraska-Omaha. My whole family still lives there and I love to visit, usually in the summer though! jlbake- King Cakes are a Mardi Gras tradition in New Orleans (and other places). It is coffee cake in a ring shape with white frosting and purple, green and gold sugar sprinkled liberally on top. There is a plastic baby hidden inside. If you find the baby in your piece you will have good luck. I think you are suppose to hide the baby in the cake the following year. In school one year, one of my boys found the baby and he was pronounced king of the Mardi Gras and got to wear a crown. He loved it. Although I do not live in New Orleans, I guess Atlanta is close enough that they sell King Cakes in the store every year. Tina-Sorry you and your sister are in such a crazy situation. Your sister is fortunate she has a loving family that cares for her and the childs well being. Laura-It must be terribly challenging to keep focused on your weight goals when travelling for business. I am impressed with your ability to balance both your personal and work goals. |
Hi everyone~
Just wanted to pop in quick, will try to get back later. I did my 3 mile WATP walk away your waistline this morning. I sneezed through it, but I completed it!! But now I"m all stuffy and can't breathe at all through my nose. Want to get stuff done around here while I still have some energy. Have a great day and I'll talk to ya'll later. Tina~ glad Joey had a good time on his trip. :) |
Good morning ladies! Another day "off" for me. YAY! but I have a ton of laundry to do, dishes, floors, toilets....hmmm doesn't really sound like a day off at all. Think I am getting the shaft on this one. :) lol
Tina~ Sorry to hear about things with your sister. Must be something in the air, my friend is having problems with her sister too. Mom23~ Glad your little one is starting to feel better. Well Zachary gets his cast off tomorrow morning! YAY!! Well better get started on the house chores..... |
skinny
Welcome to the wonderful or being a woman all over the world lol Cats WAY TO GO I got through one mile of it and was sneezing and coughing so much I had to stop. Going to make myself do those two miles left later. Catway Things will get back on track. You take care of yourself. jely You are doing so great, you inspire us. I have to admit when I was 18 I walked back and forth to work 3 miles each way. Took me 30 min to walk those 3 miles. Not so hot huh lol. Mom So glad the little one is feeling better. Cassie Hit those books. Tina Sometimes there is nothing you can say that will make a difference. My sister is the same way. She works as hard as she can and he sits on his bum and says how he can't do this and can't do that. From what I have seen over 15 years what he can't do is get off his bum. She would go on and on and I finally told her the last time GET OFF THE CROSS SOMEONE NEEDS THE WOOD. |
Hi everybody,
Just have a moment, but I wanted to let you know the reason why I haven't been on for the last week. Its been one terrible tragedy after another. My cousin past away on Saturday. 32 years old, he just got married last July and yesterday morning one of my best friends mom passed away. I am overwhelmed with grief for everybody involved. It has been a very emotional and sad week and it will continue to be so. My cousins funeral was yesterday and my friends mom’s is on Saturday morning. I feel very bad and have had to be there for my friend as much as I can as she has no family left, as she was an only child. Anyway, just wanted to keep you in the loop since I haven’t been able to post as I honestly am from work to viewings to making and helping out with food, support, etc. I will try to post on the weekend and I will for sure post my weight for the weigh in and hopefully things will be back to normal somewhat by Monday. I hope you all are doing okay, and please forgive me as I haven’t even looked at any of the posts as I just wanted to send you all a quick post before I head out again. Well take care and I hope you are all having a better week than me. Sara |
Sara - I'm so sorry for your losses! You'll be in my thoughts!
|
Sara~ I am so sorry to hear about your losses! You all will be in my thoughts and prayers.
|
Awww Sara, I am so sorry for your losses. You and everyone will be in my prayers.
|
Hello RED Team!
When I was getting ready for work today, I thought of several things I needed to post about, but for the life of me I cannot remember now. Hmmm? I'm in a funk today. It's not weight or exercise related. I'm not sure what it is but I hope it goes away soon. I'll try to check back in later. |
Sara - That is terrible news. I will keep you and your friends/family in my prayers.
|
Sara I'm really sorry to hear everything that you are dealing with. I hope your family recovers and heals quickly from your losses.
Sorry everyone, I'm gonna skip personals again this afternoon. For whatever reason I'm not feeling so hot. I just had to go take care of some PTA stuff at the school and I was literally dripping with sweat the whole time, now I'm really shaky and not feeling so hot. Plus I just found out that all our fundraiser stuff is labeled to make the checks out to the school and not the PTA so I gotta go in on every single one (250 of em) and change it. GRRR!! I'll be back though! |
I just wanted to thank you all for the kind words. It's just so frustrating to me to watch someone I love do this to herself and her son. I can't change it though, and she knows how I feel. I'm going to have to let it go, and she is going to have to learn the hard way I'm afraid! I had a good time helping out at school. It felt good to get out of the house for the afternoon and clear my head. I'm just spent, ya know? I'm the type of person that wants to solve everything and have the answer for everything, and I'm coming to realize I can't do it. When she falls of course I'll be here for her, but I hate that I have to wait for it to happen. It's like seeing into the future...people always think that would be cool, not me! I don't want to know whats going to happen. I'm going to have a late lunch. Thanks again~
Cassie- Hello...hope your having a good day~ Mom23BC- I'm sure I could count my laundry as exercise...the amount of it is insane.:) Emily- Great job on c25k, your really do great with this program. Cat- I hope your feeling better soon...it's hard to workout when your not feeling 100%, so good job! Kari- None of my kids have ever broken anything...knock on wood! I bet he is dying to get the cast off though...they seem like they would be annoying! I just love housework!! NOT! I tell ya a womens job is never done:) Rennie- It's hard watching your sis go through this, isn't it? Some people must just settle, but I tell ya it drives me crazy! Sara- I'm so sorry to hear about your losses. Your cousin was so young, and just married...it breaks my heart. I wish your family and your friends family the best...we're thinking of you! Karen- Sometimes the weather puts me into a funk...like when the sun doesn't shine forever...that gets to me. Melissa- I hope you feel better hun, try to get some rest and hopefully you can beat off whatever is trying to get ya. |
Terapet- Hello...I wish it was nice here today...it's cold, cloudy and starting to snow...YUCK!
|
Opps, I wanted to say hello and thanks to Tina for popping in and checking on me in the Black team thread. I've been sick and out of it and not around a whole lot this week. But I'm feeling a lil' better today.
Mel, I hope ya feel beter soon, that doesn't sound too good gf. :( |
Diva - I hope you are feeling better soon!
Tina, hang in there - it IS really hard! And - you never know - sometimes things turn around when you least expect it! Keep the faith! Keep being there for your sister, the best you can. She needs you! Melissa - hope you are feeling better soon! Can you stick a label or note on with the change? If you have to hand-write on all of those :dizzy: Sara - http://i44.photobucket.com/albums/f4..._Katrinz0r.gif skinny - glad to hear about the cast - I bet he is just "itching" to get it off! Cat - way to go getting through WATP while sick! Have a cup of tea and snuggle down - I hope you are feeling better soon! http://www.clicksmilies.com/s0105/er...smiley-001.gif jelynn - wow - way to go on your C25k! Mom23 - glad she is feeling better! I'm hooked on veggies steamer bags right now - actually craving them http://e.deviantart.com/emoticons/c/confuse.gif Cathy - http://digilander.libero.it/le.facci...lo/0002016.gif I hope you are feeling better soon! Hi to Jen, and Terapet, Nicoya, Muse, Andi, Optimist, Danielle, LadyZaidi, Kari, Laura, Yello, Karen, Shy, and everyone else! So many of our members are sick right now http://only-mamis.de/images/smilies/rotz.gif I'm sending good vibes and prayers your way. |
Good evening Red Team!!
Just popping in to wish everyone a good evening and hope everyone is doing well! I am about go get my butt kicked in bootcamp! Leaving in about 15 minutes. It's been one of those days. After my car broke down yesterday evening, I had to spend $1200 to get a new starter, battery, positive battery bolt and cable, 2 new tires, windshield wipers, and an oil change. My car is 100% better so I'm not too mad about spending the money, plus I had a bonus check last week that I put away for exactly this reason! I was expecting it to be a lot worse so all is okay, well at least to me...my husband is fuming mad, but he is coming home in time for me to go work out with Marty & Amy so he can't be all that upset... it's not coming out of his paycheck anyway! haha I'll try to post after I get my butt kicked. Later! |
I'm back and I got my :kickbutt: Oh My Gosh!! I have never sweat so bad in my life! It was excruciating and I can hardly breath! I have never used a Spin bike before, WOW! Marty kicked my rear on that thing! http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_35_8.gif They definitely put us through a workout! I have never done an organized class before so this was a whole new experience! We did some spinning, then we moved to the gym and did some squats, lunges, walk outs, wall push ups, sit ups, ran and walked laps, then moved to the racquetball court and did more circuit training type I guess, squats, http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/36/36_7_9.gif, hop scotch, jump rope, lunges (holding a medicine ball above head), shuffle, push ups, jump rope, bicep curls, shuffle, shoulder press, shuffle...all with 1 minute intervals, then we did leg raises, bicycle crunches, plank hold, and then cool down stretch. WOW! I'm going to be in pain tomorrow. Oh wait, I already am! I will definitely be going back! They definitely kicked my butt tonight! I did meet one of the girls that is doing the Million Pound Match-Up as well so that was neat! We have been chatting back and forth and knew each other was going tonight so that was pretty cool. Next week we will see if I can make it, my husband barely got home in time for me to make it tonight. but I did! :D

Thought I would pop in and let everyone know what is going on. As you know we are tearing out the carpet in our one hallway and putting wood floors down. WELL since I am a accident looking for a place to happen. I found a place today lol. I tripped over a piece of lint ( lol ) on the floor we had just pulled the carpet off of and fell down the stairs. Let me re say that. I fell down the three stairs to the landing and then down the flight of stairs lol. I wasn't laughing at the time and sure hope God forgives me for the things I WAS saying on the way down. I will be ok but I did something to my hip, which I have no idea what they are talking about. Closest I can understand is that I sprained it. Well it means ( my mother has said this for years ) I finally found that place to darn near kill myself because I am such a klutz lol. The doc said I can walk all I want ( as long as it doesn't hurt to much ). No jumping or sprinting. Not really in the mood to jump or sprint lol. Think I might take his advice on that one lol. Did a couple one mile videos today ( did it hurt you might ask ) don't be foolish of course it hurt lolol. Do you think I am made of plastic hehehe. But, I was able to do them. Think the knee lifts and kicks are going to have to wait for a bit. So for now, it seems 1 mile videos and upper body workouts are going to be the exercise I can do. My daughter brought me Oreo cookies because of course they help with pain. I ate 10 of them before I knew it. Going to be paying for that. First time in almost 10 months I haven't been on plan. Won't kill me but sure isn't smart. Glad there are no more of the darn things in the house lol. Checked fit day. Since I have been on the lower end of what I allow myself for a few weeks, I am still within my ranges. Think this still means lots of chicken and salads for a week lol. Will just have to see how long it takes to get back into action. Doc said it could be a few days it could be a few weeks.
Andi Oh my gosh. If I ever do anything really bad in life. What you did is the punishment God will give me for my bad deeds lol. Glad you were able to get the car up to snuff and it didn't cost more than the car was worth lol. Counting Hello counting, dear. Diva Take it easy. The thing that is going around is a real butt kicker. People don't take it easy long enough and they end up sick again. Tina I do understand. For years I did all I could. I would be there when ever she called. After awhile I just couldn't watch it anymore. I felt so bad for her and yet saw she was causing her own problems by feeding into his laziness. She is never going to change, we are so different. I can't understand how she can be around someone like him. A man can't dig a ditch when I need one, I will get another man lol. Hun You really need to take it easy. Sara I am so very sorry for the tragedies that have happened in your life. Take comfort that God is there with you. |

I want to thank everyone for their thoughts on my car. I really do appreciate it! Sorry I don't have time to do personals. I did another quick skim through.
Tina ~ I understand how you feel with your sister, my cousin (who is like a sister) is going through basically the same thing and it stinks that they have to figure this out on their own. My thoughts are with you and your family. I hope things turn around. |
Hey team!
So I'm a little...discouraged. I have been doing good, but my weight has actually been UP the last two days! NOW! I think this is because I started doing some intense lower-body work and my legs are VERY sore....so I'm going to wait until the soreness leaves before I get too bummed over it. I can hardly walk though, LOL! No idea how I'm going to workout tomorrow, feeling sore as I do now! Other than that....eating has really been great. So I hope this is just a case of me retaining water, fingers crossed! |
Cassie
If you are that sore you are working out to hard. We work the muscles until they are very tired not until they are so sore. Hope you feel better soon. |
OMG Rennie! I'm sorry but I agree with your daughter that was an Oreo moment! I really hope you are mobile tomorrow! Rest rest rest that body now and dont try and get back to it before your body says you are ready!
Andi that is so cool you got to do that! And you made it through!! You did it!! I hope your body is stronger than you are letting on and the soreness stays away! Great job today! Counting...thank you! I did print out some address labels and just stuck them over the top...actually my dd helped me, after I paid her of course! Problem solved! Diva...I'm just dandy thanks!! You are the one that needs to get better! Are you taking good care of you and not doing things you shouldnt be? Tina...I'm so sorry, I apparently missed something big going on with you but I promise to get caught up on it tomorrow morning! Karen...How ya feeling? I'm sorry the funk found you, I hope you figure it out and get to feeling your sunshine self again very soon! Let us know if you need to vent or anything! DK... great to see you! Kari... How's everything!? |
Cassie...definetly gotta be building up that lean muscle tissue which is a VERY good thing even if it doesnt show on that evil machine the scale! Bob Greene says that its actually a VERY good sign to have a gain when you first start working out those large muscle groups. Are you taking your measurements too? Remember that your body doesnt lose inches and pounds at the same time. So when the scale isnt moving the tape is! And thats the proof in the pudding that you are shrinking! Besides all that...Scales are for fish! LOL!
|
So I figured out what was wrong with me! Oye! First of all because of long classes I didnt start eating lunch till like 130. And even then I only had a WW meal which was 4 points. So obviously probably low bloodsugar not to mention slowed metabolism and possible dehydration! So I'm at the school sweating up a storm because its so hot in there. Then I came home but before I come into the house I shoveled the sidewalk...duh! Thats why I was so shaky and weak feeling! Had a bagel with some honey nut cream cheese and sat and rested awhile and vwala(or however you spell it LOL)! I swear what an airhead huh!
I had a fantastic day except for the no exercise but I did count the shoveling as its heavy wet snow! So I've got a question for the runners. Do your knees bother you? I didnt run today but man do my knees hurt today. They feel achy and I guess all warm inside. I'm thinking I may need to start taking some Glucosamine C...my dh takes it for his knees. I just wonder if its typical of beginning running and it'll pass or if its a sign of the time. Tomorrow I finish up Week 3...can you believe that! I've been running for 3 weeks! Have a great night all! |
Hun
I have a question. How come the man in the ambulance didn't look a thing like the guy on ghost whisperer? lol |
"If you are that sore you are working out to hard. We work the muscles until they are very tired not until they are so sore"
Well it depends if she hasn't been doing anything major and has just started that's when you get the worst DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness) Sometimes it can last a week when you first begin... but it's not a bad thing it means what you've done is working. Once your body gets adjusted a bit the soreness only lasts a day or two and isn't as intense... being sore like that is usually a sign that you've torn small muscle fibers... which is what you want to do when building muscle the body repairs itself with more muscle. I find when I start training I tend to not lose as much for a week or two but then I get a bigger loss. It tends to be less like clockwork though. |
Just got home a little while ago, and WOW I am exhausted. Airport delays are no fun. I didn't really get exercise in today (9 mins on the elliptical, so one mile), which I'm upset with myself for, but I really just want to go to bed right now. I did eat very healthy food today, so I'm still under my calories by about 200. My back is really sore (in a good way) from tons of deadlifts last night, so maybe it was good for me to take a day off anyway. And I'm doing another half-marathon on Sunday! The New York Road Runners put on so many races - they are really becoming my Sunday routine these days.
Sara, my condolences to you and your family - best of luck getting through this tough time. Melissa - my knees hurt depending on what kind of surface I run on and for how long. Concrete is the worst, but in NYC, that's often my only option for a long run. I find that taking a hot shower the second I get home from a run and stretching IN the shower really helps prevent and ease the soreness though. Andi, glad you got your car fixed. That bootcamp sounds awesome! What city are you in again? :) Maybe I should alt-travel out there one of these weekends... Rennie, oh my goodness I hope you're okay! Swimming might be something you could do pain-free? Or maybe this is just your chance to take a break from the exercising and really focus on your eating plan. No matter what, don't give up! You've been doing really well so far. |
scene
Glad you finally got home. Give up is not in my vocabulary. I am one of those people that sticks with something when I start it. Have always been this way, probably the reason I don't start many things I don't think I can do before I start them lol. I am standing up right now because I had to go to the little girls room so I am going to head up to bed. Getting up and down from the chair isn't the most fun thing I have done. lol |
Hello! I am doing great. Stayed on plan today. I don’t remember if I had told you guys about me adding running to my (and sons) walk, but we managed to run 1 mailbox for every 4 mailboxes. Last week, it was 1 mailbox for every 10. That was just too easy. Next week, we are adding 2 mailboxes for every 4. So hopefully we will be running at least a mile without stopping by the end of the year.
So I did get my 500 step-ups done. If I hadn’t told you guys I was doing it, I think I would had stopped at 100. I started getting tired at 80…felt like I was going to die at 300, and just felt great in the 400’s. I think I will do this a lot more. I felt very tired, but great. I think my legs will feel it in the morning. It was like doing 500 stairs all at once. Jelynn, Terapet, Skinnyvibes, Diva, Spidermonkey, Tina30, Idealmuse: Hello and I hope you guys are having a great day! Catsget & Diva : I hope you start feeling better. Bellamia: So sorry to hear about your loss. You are in my thoughts in prayers also. KSK: I hope you start feeling better and get out of that funk. I have those days too. Hate them…. HuneB: I hope you start feeling better. It seems that something is going around the red team??? I hope no one sneezed on my computer board. LOL> Okay, just read the post about the not eating….etc. Glad you are not coming down with anything. Counting Down: I love those pre-made veggies in the steamer bags. Oohh, I need to go shopping now. Just thinking about those veggies are making me hungry. Andi18: You sure have a good attitude about spending that much money on your car. It sounds like a fantastic work-out. Shymoment: I am so sorry to hear about your fall. I hope you heal soon. You had me cracking up over the lent in the way. Darn lent. Cassie: Don’t sweat the scale. Unless you went to the buffet and overloaded on food (well you get my point), you did not gain that much weight. The scale is a liar liar. Sounds like water weight or something. Scenestealer: Glad you are home safe. |

Sara, I am so sorry for your losses. Please know that we are thinking of you.
Shy ~ WOW! No killing yourself please!! We need you to finish out this challenge!!! ;) |
LOL Rennie...I dont watch Ghost Whisperer so I dont know the reference but I'll be if you squished your eyes real tight it would have magically been him! LOL...now how about that nurse maid...whats he looking like? LOL! How are you feeling today?
Muse...I agree with you. When I first start working out with weights, I use very light weights and I still am VERY sore the next day..actually the second day is worse than the day after for me. Hows everything going? Laura...Welcome home!!! thanks for the input on the knees. They feel better right now, but could be because I was in bed all night. We'll see how it goes. The surface I run on is at the gym, its an indoor track, Not sure what the material is but its rubber like. I guess I'll just see how it goes! Mom23bc...Way to go on your running!! Thats fantastic! I had a friend many moons ago who started running that way, she'd run between 2 telephone poles then walk the next. After a few months she was a dynamo...lots tons of weight too. So keep it up!! Andi....Good Morning...how are you feeling this morning? They didnt maim you did they? LOL! |
Good Morning Red team!! Rushing this morning as my dd informs me she needs to go to school early to decorate her friends locker for her birthday. I love the advance notice I get!
Got tons to accomplish today so I may skip class, but that puts a krimp in my running agenda so maybe not! Have a fantastic morning everyone!! |
Good morning ladies~ Well I'm a lot more calm today. I got out last night and chatted with my SIL and MIL and they put a lot of stuff into perspective for me, so that combined with all your kind words really helped to calm me down. I didn't recieve a phone call yesterday from my sister though, and I really was expecting one. I guess she didn't like what I had to say, but I'm done holding back with her. If I feel it, shes going to get it...and I don't mean I'm going to be a witch everytime we talk, but I won't hold stuff in anymore. That only hurts me, and I'm done with it. I only got in a 25 min. workout yesterday, but I guess that's better then nothing. I had to help at the kids school all afternoon, so I just didn't have the time. I've been recording a bunch of fitness shows on tivo though, so I'm going to try one today. They look pretty hard, but I like a good challenge:) I may be going over to my MIL's again this afternoon to visit my twin nieces who will be over there. They are so darn cute. Not much going on this weekend, we're having some family over tomorrow night for game night. We love games, and so does our family, so we get together quite a bit to play:) My sinuses are acting up something fierce though, my head is killing me. I took an Aleve this morning, so hopefully that will kick in. Other then that nothing new happening here. I'm glad it's Friday though, how about you all?
Roni- I'm glad your feeling better...take it easy. Have a great weekend~ Countingdown- I really hope that my sis can turn this around...it would be great!! Andi- Glad to hear your car is back. I hate being without a car. That bootcamp sounds intense. I would not want to wimp out though in front of two former TBL contestants, so that would push me through the class:) How cool that you were able to meet up with someome from MPM. Rennie- I see I'm not the only klutz on the team. I swear I should just be wrapped into a bubble. I'm really surprised that I've never broken a bone. I usually don't fall down stairs though, I fall up them! I love oreo's...I don't buy them a lot because I seriously could eat the whole pack...and I'm not a huge sweet person, so that's bad! I tell ya everyday you crack me up one way or another....I love the "why doesn't the ambulance driving look like the ghost whisperer" classic! They never do, do they? Have a great weekend, and take it easy! Cassie- Sounds like your eating and workouts have been OP so I wouldn't overly worry about the scale right now. Whenever I do weights my weight goes up or stays the same. Just keep doing what your doing:) Melissa- WOW! Has it really been 3 wks. already? That went by really fast. Great job on sticking with it...that's great! When my blood sugar gets low I turn into a lunatic. I get crabby, shake, dizzy, all that fun stuff. After I eat though I always feel better. I think shoveling counts as exercise...at least shoveling my driveway does! Have a good weekend, and make sure you eat on time today;) Muse- Hello...how's it been going? Laura- I bet your glad to be home...nothing like home! Good luck at your race this weekend~ Mom23BC-Great job with being OP...keep it up. Good job on those step ups....those can get hard after a bit:) Melissa73- How's it going girl? Everything good? Well you ladies have a wonderful weekend~ |
Good Friday Morning ya'll!!
