Hello hello!
Well, tomorrow is weigh in day, and I'm still hovering at the saaaame weight as of this morning, but that's no surprise since I RARELY lose anything the week when TOM is around. Blah! But my eating this weekend has been great! No going over calories, and that feels wonderful. Now that TOM is on his way out, I'm looking forward to a great week. :) |
Cassie
I am haveing DOT again lol. I will go a month or so without one and then have 2 or 3 every couple of weeks. Real pain. |
Hi Everyone. I'm popping in pretty late, but I wanted to let you know I'm thinking of you. Sundays are pretty busy for me these days. I spend the morning preparing my Sunday School Lesson and getting the kids ready for church. The afternoon is spent at church and the evening is choir practice. But I couldn't let the day pass by without a big  to all our chicks!
Only time for a few personals before bed: Karen--Thanks for the info. That's very interesting. You know I have been fasting once a month for years (except when I was pregnant or nursing). I wonder if that's why I don't fear hunger? I fast for two reasons and one of them is to take my focus off the physical and to focus on the spiritual instead. I think that's in line with what your excerpt said. Counting-- I loved your pictures. DH and I used to cross country ski. It's been years though. We got rid of our skis when we moved to warmer territory. We never see snow now. Overall, I don't miss it. But snow is so pretty to look at when it's fresh and untouched! Roni-- Glad your team won! Rennie-- It's a beautiful thing to volunteer at a soup kitchen. What a great way to spend your day! Melissa-- The challenge looks great! I want to go now . . . it's a chilly 53 degrees here right now. ;) |
Good Morning Red team!! So for those of us who watch football, how'd you do yesterday? I did good with food, but I had pina coladas with it which are what like 8 bazillion calories each...ugh! Well thankfully the eating season is over! I've got nothing big coming up that I need to plan for until my dd's birthday in March when she turns 13. Far enough off to really focus and do what I need to do!
Its snowing here now! I love snow! Not sick of it yet LOL! I begin week 3 of C25K, and I'm very intimidated. I run for 90 seconds which I can do, and for 3 minutes!!!! I hope everyone has a fantastic day! Make sure to check out our challenge! Lets start doing what we need to do and get that money earned!! We can do it!! |
Jen... Good morning!! 53! Thats a heat wave LOL!! I can send you my sweaters and heavy boots if you need to keep warm!
Rennie...are those sporadic DOTs due to birth control? or have you always been that way? 12 hours dishing soup!! What an amazing soul you are! Cassie...well the same is better than a gain!! Not to worry once TOM is gone you'll by cruising again!! Diva...Yay for the Giants! Great game huh?! I'm so excited to hear how you like the c25k...I never thought I'd like it as much as I do! Its scary at times to me but I really do like it! Good luck today! Emily...holy cow 20 minutes!!! that is amazing!! Thats gotta feel amazing I'm gonna be excited to do my 3 minutes and not die LOL!! Great job and way to go on those 2 lbs!!! Mom23BC... Hows everything going? Karen....excellent job resisting fast food!! That is such a hard thing to do and you did it!! That shows alot about where your priorities lie! Great job! Jaime...way to go on c25k!!! How's it feeling? Were you a runner before? Counting....cross country skiing is such an amazing workout!! How fun that you and dh go so often together! I hope you had a great time!! Muse....way to go on that workout!!! I think the interval running is the way to go! At least for me anyway. You did fantastic!! Any shows coming soon that you are working for? Jasmine... how's everything going? |
MSteacher....WOOOHOOO!! Excellent job with those 3 lbs, that is fantastic news!! Keep up the great work!
Melissa73...so how did your Superbowl plans go? Did you stick to those goals? Jen...3 lbs for you too!!! Yay!!! What a successful week!! Keep it up! Barbara...so glad you enjoyed your meeting! I find that I get alot out of the for sure! We had a different leader this time than usual, the usual was sick and I REALLY liked the replacement! Funny how its the same material covered but the presenter can make such an impact. Laura...well, how'd your superbowl fair! Thanks for sharing your healthy snacks with us!! Tina...ya know you could come to my house to clean any ol time you want! LOL!! |
Cathy...dont worry too much about catching up! Its great to see you with us though!!
cakses...ugh dumb ol TOM!! A freebie is just fine! Next week will be fantastic! Andi...what an amazing day you had this weekend!! How fun!! I'm jealous I wish we had something like that around here! Deb... Good to see you!!! Kari...how'd your get together go? |
Okay, I think I got caught up on my personals, I hope I didnt miss anyone!!
Off to get the kiddos to school and then homework!! Be strong and in control today Red team, dont forget to check out our challenge and especially dont forget: Weigh ins are due tonight 11:59pm EST!!! |
Hi everyone,
I had a few pages to go thru this morning. I hope you all had a good weekend. I posted my weight as the same. I didnt go up nor down. I wasnt all that POP this week so it would be my fault. Sorry I didnt contribute to the team this week. It's the week before TOM and thats always a bad week for me. Have a great day. Cathy/Canada |
Good morning ladies~ Well I dropped Joey off this morning at school, and I don't pick him up until Wednesday afternoon. He is going to camp with school. I was not 100% sure I would even let him go, but then I remembered when I was his age and went away to camp how much fun I had. The world today scares me though!! I had a long talk with him about what to do if certain problems occured, and I just will pray that he'll have a good time, and there will be no problems. I was listing stuff off to him last night that I wanted him to remember, and at one point he looked at me and said " mom I'm 11 yrs. old I know I have to brush my teeth and go to the bathroom before bed" I started cracking up:) He must of thought I was a lunatic:) He really is a good boy though and has been getting all A's and B's this year with the exception of one C, so I really feel he deserved this. It's just hard to let them go. I always thought "ohh I can't wait for them to grow up and get the heck out of my house" I can see that I'm going to be a total freak when that happens. I'm freaking out over a few days, and the thought of Madison going to all day school next year. I have to weigh-in this morning, but I'm thinking I'll use a freebie. I just have a feeling it won't be good. Kev took the kids sledding yesterday, I stayed home. My throat was bugging me, and I had a killer headache. They all had a blast! Well today I'm back on track...eating and exercise wise. I only got 3 days of exercise in last week, but this week will be the full 5! Eating will be back in check also. That's about all for me...
Ideal- 2 min. run 3 min. walk for 60 min....girl that's awesome:) Melissa- I love the new challenge. I'm looking forward to bringing in some big money:) Oh pina coladas sound yummy! Counting- You've been enjoying those skiis:) Glad you and your husband are having some fun with them! Jaime- Great job on c25K and your weights. I'll have to check those podcasts out:) Karen- That hunger exercise was really interesting. Mom23Bc- Hello, how's it going today? Rennie- I think that is so wonderful that you help out in the soup kitchen, and for 12 hrs at that:) People like you are what this country is all about:) Jelynn- Great job on the 2 lb loss! Roni- Glad your team won...I think I may start the c25K up with ya...everyone else is doing it, why not:) I hope you feel better~ Cassie- TOM is on the way out for me also, and like you I'm ready to have a good week:) Jen- That is great that your a Sunday school teacher. Something about a church choir always gives me the goose bumps, they sound angelic~ Everyone else have a wonderful day~ |
Good Monday morning Red Team!! Figured I'd pop in real quick before I got a shower. Had a good workout this morning, did my 3mile weight loss walk with 5lb hand wts. Tonight I'll do TBL cardio max. I've got a goal for Feb to workout daily, even on my 'off' days I want to do something. So I found a little calendar, got some smiley stickers and have one on each day, so far. I also have a WW meeting at noon, not sure how weigh in will go since TOM came this morning, a week early  So send me some :goodvibes for a :goodscale.
Tina~ I felt the same way when Cam went to camp last year. They were maybe 2hrs away but him being gone for 3 days drove me a little crazy. It just was weird with him not home. I'm really going to be over the edge when he goes to Toronto in May with his class. They'll be gone for 4 days, I wanted to chaperone, but just couldn't afford the extra $350 plus I don't have a passport. Not sure I need one as I hear on casino commercials for Winsor that won't be necessary til the summer of 09, but his teachers said that the adults needed passports and the kids just need their birth certificate. He did a magazine fundraiser to earn money towards his trip, so we ended up paying $250 or so. Okay will I better go, I'll check in later to post my weight and will make a huge effort to catch up with the posts!! Have an awesome day ladies!!!:grouphug: |
Good Morning Red Team,
I feel so good today. I am happy to have last week over and was relieved to at least stay the same weight for weigh-in. I was so afraid I had already gained back my little pound and a half. Phew! Plus I am planning to run on the treadmill during my lunch break today. I haven't been to the Y in a week! I just know this is going to be an awesome week. I started this morning with a homemeade smoothie with yogurt, rasberries and a banana. A bit healthier then my usual toasted white bread with butter! I enjoy reading the progress of the C25K participants. I picked up running again two years ago. Sometimes I get too busy and don't run very much (like last week) but I feel it really helps me for both cardio and strength conditioning plus it helps me deal with my anxiety issues. Keep up the great work ladies! Counting-your pictures are beautiful. Cross country skiing is a lot of work, right? What a great way to exercise. I almost wished I lived where it snowed. Almost. I actually lived in Michigan for a year along time ago (near Detroit). The winter was pretty long and chilly! I live in the southeast now so I am pretty spoiled as far as extreme weather conditions go. |
Tina
God made baby's small and soft and sweet so we would take care of them. God made little ones full of wonder at each new thing they see so we would be surprised our selfs by things we see everyday so we would take care of them. God made children to learn and grow so we could remember being that age our selfs so we would take care of them. God made teenagers so we would be glad when they leave home. Thank you. People are always saying " someone has to do it " but they are never the someone. I have been doing this for as long as I can remember. My kids even come and help sometimes. Thanksgiving day and Christmas day are the two days a year I never have to ask them to come. They make plans in advance that they are going to go with me. This year I was very surprised. My sons girlfriend made plans for them with her family. This was a big thing. He said sorry, I go with my mother to the soup kitchen. I thought he would go with her instead. Hun They are due to early menopause which started when I was 29 after I had a tubal. I can go for months that they are normal, you can set a calendar by them and then POOF things start acting up again. He doc was going to have me have a hystorectomy last summer. I stared to lose weight and said forget it lol. I am letting nothing get in the way of my weight loss. Once I hit goal and am in shape I may go ahead and have it done. Not going to use the baby bed anymore lol might as well just keep the playpen. My daughter gets so mad because when my cycles act up hers act up too lol. jl Thank you. Today my feet do not think it was a great day lol. I wonder if I wore the new shoes I got for my workout vidoes if they would be better on my feet? |
Cathy in Canada..ya know when it wasnt the best week OP the fact that you maintained is a REALLY good sign!! this week will be better! Especially when the best way to earn us money for our challenge trip is by staying OP and exercising!
Tina...oh I remember going to camp with school in the 6th grade. It was so fun! Our schools dont do anything fun like that anymore. everyone is so afraid of liability so our kids dont get to experience these fun things. You've got a great kid and he is gonna do just fine!! 5 days this week lady!! You can do it! Cathy...so great to see you again this morning!!! Way to go on that workout!! Good luck with that goal..I know you can do it!! Terapet....You've got a great energy about you today!! Good job maintaining!! Excellent job with the running. I've always wanted to do it just because I know the benefits it brings, but it really intimidated me alot. Still does! LOL! But man does it feel good to have the run over! Keep up the great work!! I can tell its going to be a great week for you! LOL Rennie, love the comment about teenagers. My oldest turns 13 in a month but she's already acting 16!! Somedays I could just throttle her! |
Day 1 of c25k DONE! :carrot: My quads are freaking killing me lol! I just ate a banana to try and help with the cramps. I did .5 mile of laps in the pool too and I tell ya, the treadmill was the easy part! OMG! I think the laps are harder because I have asthma, but hopefully I can build up to a complete mile. All and all feel proud and pretty good. it was a struggle doing both and I just kept saying to myself, YOU CAN DO THIS! and I did! :)
|
Good morning everyone! good job to all on their workouts!! I did another day of yoga :) and some workout on my exercise ball. So that felt good. Little bit frustrated around here today. Hoping to just let it go and not affect my entire day. But I feel my positive mood going down the drain quickly...
|
Great job Roni...I'm an awful swimmer! I look like I need to be rescued when I swim!LOL!
Melissa- I give you my word that I'll work out my 5 days this week:) Rennie- That saying is so sweet, and so true. Thank you~ Cat- Yeah that is the reason Kev or I didn't go with Joey. We didn't have the extra $, and Joey seemed like he wanted to go solo on this one:) Terapet- I love smoothies, they keep me full for a long time. Kari- It' hard once we get frustrated to undo it...try to just take some deep breaths and think positive. With children though, girl I know it's hard to do:) Do you do a yoga video? I've tried some yoga and just can't seem to get into it. I think I have adhd though, I like stuff with some speed:) Hang in there hun, it will get better for you today~ Well I'm taking my freebie this week, lets just say WI wasn't good...AT ALL! I'm back on it now though;) |
Good afternoon ladies,
Just a quick post and I gotta run. I'll post again later tonight. Melissa: Psyched about that challenge. It's fun and motivating. Also, I almost stuck to my plan until DBF brought us to Burger King on the way to his sisters house because we were all rushing, didn't eat lunch. Not in my plan, so I ate about 15 more points than I had planned for. I ate almost all of my wap's but that is what they are there for so i'm not going to stress about it. I didn't go over my points, I stayed OP and i'm proud of that. AND I got up and went for a walk during halftime. by myself... LOL. :carrot: Is the vacation fund challenge starting today? |
Glad you enjoyed the saying. I made that up myself. I needed hope of white carpet and making love in front of the fire place before I am told old to get down on the floor and back up without a doctor in attendance lol.
Hun My daughter is now 17 1/2 my son is 21. A few years ago I would have told anyone they were crazy if they said I would ever be ready for them to leave home. Now, I ask them everyday why they still live here lol. My daughter says MOTHER I am not out of high school yet, I am only a sophomore. I say excuses excuses lol. |
Rennie---LOL! I am dying laughing over here...your a rip:) I hear ya though girl~
|
Welllllll....only lost .5lbs this week, but it's a loss all the same. Thank goodness TOM and my cold are BOTH leaving, as I'm ready to have a better loss next Monday.:D
|
Today is going pretty good.....been on plan today and it is going pretty well.....hope to be able to get some exercise in today.....hope all is going well!
|
I've been on plan today also. I did some toning this morning and will go to a cardio class this evening.
|
I dream of:
White carpet Silk stockings that have had no ones feet in them but mine Going to grab a hair tie and it be where I left it Finding a hair tie at all when I want one Turning my car radio on and finding it still on the station I left it on The cat not being taught to jump out of the cat door at me Finding more than a spoon full of ice cream in the container Finding the left overs " left over " when I go to get them Knowing where my camera is at all times Knowing where my cell phone is at all times Knowing where ANY phone is at all times Being able to wear my diamond earing's anytime I want Being able to wear my diamond bracelet anytime I want Finding one of our three bathrooms unused when I want to use it Not waking up from a nap with a face in my face asking for my car keys Nail polish not left open Nail polish remover that has more than 3 drops left in the bottle Dreams that have become a reality so far: Shoes that no one wears but me. Her feet are to big since age 12 :) Make up no one wears but me. She doesn't wear makeup anymore |
I am going to copy that and hang it on my fridge...if it ain't the truth I don't know what is:) You still have a ways to go to make those dreams reality!LOL!
|
Sorry for being MIA yesterday - it was a really busy day. I ran a 4 mile race in the morning, and I'm REALLY proud to say I got a new personal record! Not just for a 4 mile race, but for ANY race. My time was 32:01, and my splits included 3 miles under 7:50. I have never in my life run under an 8:23 mile in a race, and I still can't quite believe it! Looks like the long distance training is helping me go faster when I'm running a short distance.
After that, I had a brunch with women alumni from my college, which was great! Met a ton of really interesting women, AND I managed to stay completely on plan with what I ate. I walked home from brunch instead of taking the subway, and then settled in to work for the rest of the night. I took a break to cook some healthy superbowl treats (the chili and the spinach-artichoke dip, but I skipped the chicken), and then put the TV on in the background while I worked. Today is day one of my travel project, and I'm doing REALLY well with staying on plan! Had fresh fruit at the airport for breakfast, and managed to turn down the bagel and cream cheese they tried to give me on the plane. Then for lunch, our team went out to pick up Mexican, but I skipped that and stopped at a different restaurant on the way (Fresh City) where I got a cup of soup and a wrap sandwich that together made 570 calories. Not TOO bad for eating out, and my breakfast was light enough to more than make up for it. Now I just have to squeeze in a workout tonight, and eat a healthy dinner, and I'll be right on track! Unfortunately I need to be, because... I gained this week. It was 0.6 pounds, so not a ton, but I'm still sorry not to be able to help our team lose :( Next week I'm determined to get a big drop going! |
Laura
Oh you are so right, what a great day you had. I bet your smile lit up the space all around you. I am so happy for you. You give encouragement just by being part of our team. I love your smile. Each time I see you have posted that smile makes me smile. Tina I remember when she was about 3. Her father and I were going out to dinner ( a real big deal ) and I wanted to wear my diamond bracelet. I couldn't find it anywhere. Where did I find it you might ask. It was ON her teddy bear. Teddy had fallen out of her bed and she wanted it to feel better so she put something petty on it. I thought I would die laughing. Ok, I admit, first I wanted to beat the stuffing out of teddy for talking my wonderful little girl into getting one of the few pieces of good jewelry I have for it to wear lol. I tried to tell her teddy did NOT need to wear my bracelet even if she did fall out of bed. This is about what she said to me " But Mommy, when I fell down you let me wear it so I would feel better." How on earth can you argue with that. Her and the teddy bear got to sit in a corner and learn not to touch Mommy's things without her permission. |
Cassie
You take any loss you can get. Just remember, that is .5 less to lose than you had to lose yesterday. It all counts. ksk Just staying on plan is a big deal. Sometimes it can be so hard. Hope you have a nice time at class. Kari Everyone has days like that. There are days the cat and the dog drive me crazy. The kids fight with each other over nothing ( you would think they were 8 and 9 from how I talk about them wouldn't you lol ) and if one more person wants me to bake bread I am going to scream. Take a deep breath, smile and make everyone wonder what you are up to. Diva Nice going on the swimming. I can swim about well enough to save myself if the water is only a foot deep lol. I am not sure which is worse 13 going on 16 or 17 going on 5 lol. |
Rennie- I would die of a heart attack I think if my diamond braclet was missing...like you said though with here explanation how could you get mad:)
|
Lol - Shy - you are so right!
Some other things I noticed when the kids were home - ~ the scissors had legs of their own ~ the volume on the stereo and tv was always maxed out ~ the computer spontaneously downloaded all kinds of interesting things and malware was the norm - not the exception ~ my change jar was always empty - no matter how much I put in it ~ dishes seem to develop legs - they crawled to the strangest places ~ the tuba is NOT a fun instrument to listen to - particularly dueling tubas (both sons played) But, in reality - I now remember these things fondly - I actually MISS the clutter, commotion and bickering sometimes  A good day for me - my new Tae Bo videos came. I got all the way through 45 minutes :) Pretty good for an ol' lady ;) |
Counting
Way to go. I haven't gotten good enough that I even want to try that. My son is in martial arts and will say, Mom try this. Ya right, not with out a medical team standing in the wings lol. Someone one time said to me ( in front of my mother ) I have no idea how your kids can be so messy when you are so very very neat. My mother rolled her eyes and said ya right, you should have seen her room when she was a teenager. lol I said WHAT do you mean. My clothes were in NEAT little piles and I knew where everything was. She just laughed. We each have our own computer so I don't have to worry about that and they live in fear of having to scrub walls if they touch mine. Scissors, you mean there really are scissors in peoples houses? Heck I thought every one opened everything with their teeth, I do lol. About the loud music. I scream turn it up I can't hear the words. They turn it down. My son was listening to something ( the only purpose could be to go deaf so as not to hear me yelling for help ) and I heard GOD and **** and I thought what the HECK. I screamed up WHAT on earth are you listening to and how long am I going to let you live. He came down laughing and laughing. It was Christian rock. Heck sounded like Devil worship to me lol. My kids would say, " You know you listened to music just as loud when you were a teenager." My mother would sigh and say, " Don't try that on your mother, she was born 900 years old and didn't do much of anything other teenagers do. " lol I didn't DARE there were no misdemeanors in my house growing up everything was a felony lol. I haven't had money in the change jar they can find since they learned how to count change lol. I have found dishes in the trash can because they didn't want to wash them AND the worst thing that ever happen to me was someone telling my daughter and son they could sing. I don't care if they are one of the best in their school that does NOT mean they can sing lol and why does my daughter devlop a country twang when she sings country songs lol. I have the cleanest wainscotting in town. I am not and never was much of a hitter. I am the yeller and we all know kids just turn that sound off. I make everyone wash wainscotting and baseboards lol. Do you all know and there is no scientific proof it will hurt a child. Even a three year old can wash baseboards when they have decided to color on walls lol. |
Evening ladies~
I did cardio max, Bob's bootcamp! He kicks my booty!!! I was going to do wks 3-4, but was huffing and puffing by the end of his bootcamp, I knew I couldn't handle Jillian's workout, but I will give it a go on wednesday. Laura~ :high: wonderful job on your race and on your first travel day. Counting~ what taebo tapes did you get? I've got the get ripped 2 series, I think that's what it's called, but won't do them til I drop some weight, cause I know I'd hurt myself as fast as he moves. Well I'm going to go settle down with the boys, have a good evening everyone and I will stay caught up from here on out. I tried to go back and read but this site is giving me a problem with timing out  Have a good rest of the evening and I'll talk with ya'll tomorrow. |
Shy
Cat - they are part of the Believer's series (2003). I got "The Power Within" and "The Strength Within". From reviews I have read, I think they are tamer than many of his videos. He opens with prayer and they have a Christian message. I tried Leslie Sansone's "Walk and Kick" and really liked it. I thought these might be a good next step. So far, so good! |
Hey everyone!!!
Well, I have no internet. I am fighting with tmobile to get this ridiculous $100 charge off my phone and my computer at home is being used by my mom to look for a place to live. Work sucks cause my boss is being a butt head so today I took a freebie because I was unable to post my weight. Still looking for a place to live *sigh* We applied to one place but so many other people applied also and again with my bad credit who knows if we will get it. Aside from that everything is good here. I will try to check in tomorrow. I hope everyone is doing well. I miss it here but I will check in whenever I can get to a computer and sneak on lol Bye for now |
Hi everyone! I love reading your posts. You are all so uplifting! Thanks for everything you say. I think of all of you when I want to make a bad choice and it really helps knowing what you would tell me.
I'm doing really well staying OP. I went to the doctor today. Without her seeing anything about my weight she said, "you've been losing some weight!" It's great that she could tell. Rennie-- You have me cracking up! You're hysterical! I just can't wait to have teenagers. ;) My oldest will be 11 in a few months so it's not much longer for me. This week I've been potty training my youngest--talk about fun! I've been trying to convince her that she really does have to wear panties. She'd rather go commando. My kids have been driving me crazy, complaining about dinner no matter what we have. We gave them an ultimatum tonight that anyone complaining would go straight to bed. Wow! It worked. They were all polite and civilized. We had an incredible conversation over dinner. The election is tomorrow and they are very interested in what's going on. They started asking all kinds of questions about how the primaries work, the different political parties, and the local school bonds that are on the ballot. We ended up talking about the Declaration of Independence and unalienable rights. After dinner, they wanted to do a mock election. So we elected a president, passed a law, sent it to the president, got the president to sign it, and then sent it to the Supreme Court due to a lawsuit. The court upheld the law as Constitutional and I lost my lawsuit. All in all an amazing night. I wish dinner was always so fun. |
Rennie, thanks for sharing such a cute story!
Cat, way to challenge yourself with Jillian's workout! Let us know how it goes. I found a steak salad on the room service menu that was under 400 calories, and it was amazing and filling! I'm thrilled. I also clocked 30 mins on the bike and 32 minutes of a few exercise DVDs in my hotel room. Maybe traveling will be better for me than staying home and cooking! Haha. |
Laura
So glad you found something to eat that wasn't so full of fat and calories that you wanted to cry. Nice going getting that exercise in when you are away from home. jl First I didn't take personal pleasure in the kids getting potty trained. I just hoped they would be potty trained before cub scouts and brownies lol. Second, hehehehehehe I am so glad my daughter isn't the only one that thought since she was born without clothes there was no reason to have to wear any. |
Haven't had time to read everyone's post, but I will! Wanted to check in before I crash tonight, I am wiped out!!
I procrastinated my workout and finally got on the treadmill at 4pm after the kids got home from school. WON't be doing that again! I really prefer midmorning or right after lunch for running. ANyway- I did my first run of week 5 for C25K! It was three 5 minute runs- but I was feeling so great on the last one I went for 7! lol So I guess I'll be able to do the 8 minute one on Wednesday. It's that 20 minute run on Friday that has me scared!! I also went and did my cleaning job tonight for 2.5 hours. So basically I'm a sweaty mess and need to shower before I climb into bed  Let's have a great week, everyone!! |
jel
Wow that is fantasic. You are really doing good. I am so proud of myself. Since I had a whole day that I really had nothing to do. I decided today was going to be my 10 miles 1 mile walking/aerobic video at a time marathon day. I didn't think I was going to be able to do it but I DID IT. Wow I feel great. |
Good Morning Red team! dont have alot of time, I've got a presentation today so I need to get ready but had to come by and wish everyone a Fantastic day!!
Mine better go much better! Darn salt and vinegar chips were calling yesterday and darn it if I didnt answer! Off to post results!! Have a lovely day! dont forget to post how much you earned for the team yesterday! ~melissa |
