It *is* digital. I'll try the battery change tonight. Also, I have been doing a LOT of weights at the gym the past few weeks. . . I'm really not sure what to make of all of this. *sigh*

Well, I've got a good chance a posting a weight loss this time around. (Ha, that's what I thought last week.)

I had a something in a digital go bad once. I put on like 10 pounds overnight, lol. I want to say that some metal clip piece inside broke but it was a few years ago and I don't really remember.

I think it is highly unlikely that you gained that much. Do you weigh daily or weekly?

I'm a weekly weigher. My fiance noticed he has put on weight, too. Though, his wasn't nearly as dramatic.

Then I would definitely say it is a problem with the scale. Either a new battery or some other malfunction. Hope you can get it straightened out soon.

It's come in handy with the weight loss, though. I don't think twice about measuring food and writing down what I eat. To me, it's like some weird, twisted game.

Oh boy, morning routine! It varies because 2 days a week I work outside of our home and the other days I'm at home. Actually to ensure that my morning goes smoothly a lot of prep takes place the night before. All the clothes are ironed, if food needs to be packed that's done... My part of getting ready is super quick. I'm a bronzer, lip gloss and mascara girl - plus usually my hair is pulled back. Super easy. It's getting the girls ready that takes some time. It started really early this morning when both girls woke up at 2:15 and were awake until 4:30. I'm tired...

...and the element on my coffee pot seems to be broken because my coffee in only lukewarm today.

The imaginary chair hold was KILLER last night. I only did it for 1 commercial though. I might start doing that more often though?!

Amberelise - for sure something is wrong with your scale. No way could you gain that much that quickly.

Oh boy...there's screaming happening. It's nap time for sure! And that means I'm trying out a new exercise dvd at home since I didn't make it to the gym this morning.

Hope everyone is having a good day!

Hi Ladies
A quick hello. We have a friend who just lost her husband over the weekend so it's been a bit crazy. Just wanted to let you know the Blue Team is still inspiring me to get to the gym, work harder on the machines and eat well.
I hope you are all having a great week and I'm looking forward to our great results next week..
Keep up the great work!!

Squee! I just found a online calculator to figure out all that math from yesterday's body fat topic.

http://www.exrx.net/Calculators/WeightBodyComp.html

I retook my body fat last night and it's gone down from 44% last January to 40%. Doesn't seem like much, but I didn't do any weight training last year to speak of, just cardio, and I've only done that religiously since August 22.

QOTD: Its typically.
1. Go to the bathroom
2. Weigh myself
3. If Aiden is awake get him and me breakfast.
4. Take a shower.
5. Get dressed.

Sometimes I get up at 5:30 to make it to the gym and Keith drops Aiden off. Or I work in the afternoon and everything just spreads out. My schedule is just too varied to have a real routine. Now that I'm going to the gym before work in the morning Keith has to bring Aiden to the babysitter. Before the last week I had done it everyday but I think twice. So I consider it a good day when Aidens clothes match and Keith didn't dress him in a pajama top. But I think its Keith's turn. Aiden is 2 and I'd been doing it all this time.

I just did Jillian's Cardio Kickbox DVD and it is a great workout! I'm glad it was only 30 min. because I wouldn't have made it much longer Not a lot of repeating things or dancy things, but very fast paced butt kicker for sure. also, you can put it in your computer and download exercise logs, recipes, and a full color copy of a big workout challenge she had in a fitness mag...a 6 week circuit challenge to be bikini ready. Pretty cool!

Eviesmommy--I didn't know WW kicked people out...how horrible of them You are braver than me, I was not even thinking about weight loss yet when my babes were so tiny and new! Mine are just under 2 years apart, so I do remember how hard it was when I first brought the second baby home...very hard emotionally for me because the first was so incredibly jealous and screamed everytime I fed the baby Anyway...hope to hear from you again. Don't be worried about catching up either, just report in sometimes.

kgood--Hubby's turn sounds good to me! He'll figure it out, and pajama tops never hurt anyone

Amberlise--Could it be water weight? If you have eaten a lot of high sodium foods, even if they are healthy like canned soup or frozen meals, that could make you hold in water. I would change the battery as well, but ours won't weigh when the battery is low, maybe yours is different. hang in there.

Hi everyone, thank you for the support. I want to get back to being my old optimistic self very soon. Working on it daily.

Hard not to just drop out and not care. Reeeally white-knuckling it, like literally. Was in grocery store and passed the cookie dough and my hands had to squeeze the handle of the cart to not grab some. This is seriously like a nightmare I can't wake up from.

Luckily Saturday isn't far, maybe a little break will help. Also my mom and sister are supposed to visit on Feb. 9th (and nieces). Any distraction helps. And I can totally see how you wouldn't care if someone kidnapped two kids in the family. What a real nightmare, so sorry to hear you all had to go thru that. Hope it's better now.

Determined to just get back to losing at leeeeeast .5 lbs a week. I'd really be happy with that. I would still be going down. :

Pray for me. My faith is slacking lately. Love you guys.

THANKS for all the notes about your morning routines folks! I'm trying to find a routine that makes me happier and healthier in the mornings, so all your routines have given me some ideas.

I tried one of the yoga workouts I downloaded tonight and it was HARD! I had to stop part way through because my wrist were killing me from all the downward dogs. Ouch! I'm downloading a "yoga for weight loss" one right now, so I'll try that tomorrow some time.

Selina - Baby, I'm praying hard for you. You better know you are such a light and inspiration for all of us!! I know you will make it through this hard time, and be stronger and even more dedicated when you do. Would it help you any to think of this plateau as practice for maintenance? You already know you can lose, because look at all you've done already!! Now you know, too, that you can maintain even when you are stressed beyond belief.

Kristen - Take care of yourself, and your friend too!

Chelle - I actually get a surprising number of people clicking on the link in my signature to my blog. I just get grumpy that they don't comment!! I looove comments. Heheh.
