  • I am counting calories, and I also work out twice a day. I do Walk Away The Pounds most of the time, but I also throw some Turbo Jam and Tae Bo in there. I have a Jillian Michaels DVD, but it almost killed me the first time I tried it. LMAO! I'll try it again when I'm ready.
    Oh, and I do weights 3 times a week. I like the idea of starting another thread and using this one to chat in. That way the important stuff doesn't get lost.
