So hows everyone been doing today?? I woke up to TOM this morning, and it sucks!!! I did really well with though for taking my food with me to work today. I made a nice big salad and put some chicken in it. I brought my own dressing, its only 15 c. for 2 tablespoons. I took a Luna Bar ( I love these) And I was craving crunchy things so I brought 3 whole grain rice cakes. But hey there only 45 c. each and there pretty big, so I thought I did good.
Oh my DELICIOUS breakfast was 2 Kashi Waffles ( 1/4 cup of low calorie pancake syrup olny 30c.) And A strawberry smoothie. So my calorie total so far is about 900 c. Im not sure what Im having for dinner tonight though. Im thinking that I really dont feel like going grocery shopping again today. So it might just be 45c. hotdogs on whole wheat buns!!
Since Ive been cutting out ALOT of my junk food, I feel like I eat all day long, but my calories stay in the correct range for me. SO I quess thats okay!!!

Today has been rough for me so far I felt really hungry and there was cake in the breakroom for someone's B-day.. it was soo hard not to eat it, but I didn't! I took an early lunch with my boss and went to Panera and had a half turkey sandwich and I had chicken noodle soup, but I didn't like it.. so I didn't eat it. I have a personal goal to get in three 20 f. oz. bottles of water a day.. and I'm only down 3/4 a bottle so far, not so good.
I feel really good this week overall with how good I've been doing. It's hard getting back on track, since I haven't been on track for at least 8 months or more. Last night I played DDR for about 35 minutes and lifted weights and tonight I plan on TRYING to go to the gym. I like the gym, but I hate going by myself, they're always packed and it's clear across town, but I should just go and get it over with.. I haven't been there in so long, it's hard to go back. I CAN DO IT THOUGH! I wish everyone a good OP day and can't wait to see everyones first weigh in!

I also dealt with some temptation today...just a few minutes ago, actually. I am eating a Healthy Choice meal for lunch, but I made my son some frozen pizza...well, I wanted to have just ONE piece so bad. I had it in my hand, and I was literally salivating. Then I thought about it, and decided I didn't need it. I took it to my son and now the craving has passed.
I got up and did Tae Bo Cardio this morning...that gives me a pretty good workout, but I just wish I had more space in my house to do it in. I find myself having to modify because I just don't have the room. *sigh*
I'll do 30 minutes with weights later on tonight...I like to work out twice a day.
I also need to work on my water intake! I find it easier to drink out of bottles, I dunno why, lol. But I buy the 20oz bottles and sip on them all day.

Im kinda upset so I logged on for just a little vent!!
I just found out that I need to start coming in to work earlier than when Ive been coming in. THERE IS NOT ENOUGH HOURS IN THE DAY FOR ALL THIS!!!
I work and go to school full time, now its making me choose between sleep and exersizing. I need sleep, but I need exersize. I know how important it is. When I first starting my weight loss journey I exersized alot but still had some bad eating habits but my body changed. I lost lots of inches. I believe eating has alot to do with weight loss but exersize has alot to do with how your body will look. A little Info: I need to be at work by 8, I live about 30 min. away. I get off at 5, and have to be at school by 6, then get off of school by 11, then drive home which I dont get home till about 11:20pm. Then shower and so on. Exersizing on my lunch break isnt an option, because I cant get sweaty and I work in the middle of no where and its not very safe. In a very small very business attire building.
Maybe, just maybe if I start waking up extra early. Ill have more energy thoughout the day where I can sustain such a brutal scheluze. I dont know Im just a little upset by this!!!
I've done alright today. I haven't been all that hungry though. I had a slim fast for breakfast and also a cup of coffee (one indulgence that I just can't give up). I had a pria bar for a snack and also another shake and some broccoli w/ fat free ranch for lunch. I snuck in 25 minutes on the treadmill and 30 crunches. I have to work tonight though so dinner will probably be a salad with some pre-cooked chicken thrown into it!

WOW! That's quite a schedule, girlie. I'd be super stressed. I hope you can figure something out.

On TBL last night...it looked like Bob DID NOT WANT TO JUMP OUT OF THAT PLANE! And I don't blame him one bit! Did anyone else notice that?
Luna Bars are like protein bars with lots of good stuff in it.
The smore ones taste so good and they dont taste like fake sugars. I get mine at walmart for .98 cents.
