What is your weight loss and exersize plan: Im counting my calories and go to WW meetings for my weigh ins and local support. Im trying to find an exersize plan that can meet my scheluze needs. I'll update late when I try this little plan I have in my head. Basically some Turbo Jam Videos, and Running in the Morning and Weights on Weekends at the Gym.
What are your goals during this process: Stay OP!! Its that simple, stay within my calorie range and I'll be good to go. Drink my Water. Fight The Evil Alchol Monkey on my back that makes me slip on the weekends. And try my hardest to find some time to exersize.
What are you looking forward to the most:CLOTHES!!! And living a more active and healthy lifestyle.

What is your weight loss and exercise plan: I've been doing South Beach for 3 weeks, and I will continue, as I love the way I feel on the plan. I've been walking 30-60 minutes a day and I want to add strength training to my plan.

What are your goals during this process: To find a strength training routine I can live with on a permanent basis and to break thru to the 160's.

What are you looking forward to the most: Our annual company Christmas party. The day of the party, last year, was when I hit my highest weight ever. This year I want to be smaller than anyone here has seen me in the 5 years I've been here.

What is your weight loss and exersize plan: I have cut back on my calories and I work with a personal trainer 4x a week now. I also do treadmill on those days for 30 minutes (ick)

What are your goals during this process: I need to lose weight obviously for looks reasons but more importantly for health reasons. My cholesterol is high and I am borderline diabetic.

What are you looking forward to the most: I am looking forward to feeling better the most.

What is your weight loss and exersize plan: I'm not really following a "plan". I'm just trying to make healthier changes to my everyday life that I can live with. I'm trying to get in more water and less junk. As far as exercise is concerned, I go to the gym (sometimes) and like to play DDR in the evening with family and friends. I'm trying to add more walking and weights to that.

What are your goals during this process: Stay on track and stay involved on this site to keep me motivated. I set weekly personal goals for myself as well as weight loss goals.

What are you looking forward to the most: My wedding dress, a family, dancing at the bars and not caring, camping and hiking with my Fiancee, fitting a little better on the rides at amusement parks and trying to whitewater raft (I know I can do this now, but I want to use this as a reward for myself) Oh, yea I almost forgot.. NEW WORK CLOTHES (I'm in a professional career and I want to look the part, I love the professional look.. cute skirt suit and strappy heels here I come!)

What is your weight loss and exersize plan: I hired a diet coach to help me be more accountable for what kind of foods I'm eating. This thread will be yet another layer of accountability. She is working with me a on a 1200 c. a day diet, but I'm having a REALLY HARD TIME with it. Mostly, though, I want to make sure my 1200 calories are foods that are GOOD FOR ME. I'm working on my next grocery list every day online through peapod and I'm making sure it's all healthful foods with lots of nutrition.

My exercise plan is still up in the air. I know that I love rollerblading and I know that my dog needs to be taken on walks. Otherwise, I'm about to start a 2 week plan of getting up at 6 am in order to see if a gym membership would be worth me purchasing. Also, I'm going to see if I can stick to a schedule for Pilates making purchasing a package worth it.

What are your goals during this process: I want to lose 25 - 30 lbs. But, more impotantly, I want to change my eating and exercise habits for life!

What are you looking forward to the most: Posting a photo on myspace that reads "EAT YOUR HEART OUT" and hoping to god that my last 3 boyfriends (2 of them for which I was engaged) see it.

Wow, it sounds like everyone is doing great today. I started my day with oatmeal for breakfast before I headed off to Curves, after Curves I do 10-15 minutes of hula hopping and the 50 crunches after my stretches. I had too many 1 point french twist pastry puffs, but I counted them 4 points, a 4 point Lean Cuisine meal for lunch. I'm crunching on baby carrots and just opened my 4th 20 oz. bottle of water, so I'm on plan and I'mj ournaling, that is a BIGGIE for me. Should be a good day. I hope everyone is staying on plan too.

Stacie, I sure would not want you schedule, good luck.

Good job VanentineBride and Cassie for staying away from those temptations.

What is your weight loss and exersize plan: I don't follow anything "scripted" at this point-trying to follow the common sense rules (no sweets-no regular soda-lots of water-eating lots of fruit, veggies, protiens and healthy fats) and NO FAST FOOD!...as far as exercise...going to the gym 3-5 days a week for cardio and free weights. I walk at lunch-kinda got out of the habit-but am going to make that a goal of doing that for at least a half an hour 3 days a week at least.

What are your goals during this process: Staying on track-especially with my eating-I do fairly well at going to the gym and getting in my exercise, but I need to be more restrictive of what I put into my mouth!

What are you looking forward to the most: I'm getting engaged soon (as BF says!!!!) so, I have a wedding to look forward to *not until 2009-but still!* and I just want to feel better and healthier. I think if I get to 260 in December, I will be feeling a lot better about myself and this year! I've already lost 26.5 pounds and I know it can be done, I just have to keep pressing onward!

What is your weight loss and exercise plan: I don't have a specific plan. Currently my goal is to just eat more fruits and veggies, whole grains, blah blah blah. Cut out the sugar and fat, drink water instead of other things [except beer, i still drink that sometimes... oops ]. etc etc etc.

What are your goals during this process: Just to lose weight, and feel healthier. I already do feel healthier in general - I already feel so much better and have much more energy and it's just because I am putting better things in my body - imagine when I've lost a bunch of weight how great I'll feel!

What are you looking forward to the most: Feeling healthier. Cuter clothes
