For most people who are overweight, losing 5 to 10 pounds is a realistic goal Its just easy for most to lose or reach a goal when it does't seem so daunting. Keeping it small keeps it real and attainable; and realistic goals that are attainable through calculated actions over a set time period insures success.You are doing wonderful and I am sure you will reach your 7lb. goal.
