alfur, we pleased to have you join us. I think you will love BFC, it simple to follow and a plan that you can live with. I am not sure of the new fast track plan. I have not found it yet. I will do some searching and let you know. If you go back to the first couple of post you will see how the BFC plan works. We are here anytime you need us.
