I think that's it. I have heard that you should eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a queen, and dinner like a pauper. I am a morning person and I feel that I burn most of my calories in the AM or afternoon, and in the evening I am more sedantary, watching TV or reading. I have always been a breakfast eater, but sometimes if I eat a big breakfast it gets my appetite going and I'm eating big the rest of the day. That's when I have to be attuned to my actual hunger. Sometimes I have to skip lunch and hold off until dinner because the breakfast was just too much.Originally Posted by WebWoman
In looking at the Fast Track free menu samples, it's clear this is a low carb/sugar, high protein plan. The breakfast portions are huge and I know that would be a problem for me as I usually have no appetite in the morning.

I'm back to walking a mile a couple of times a day at work at a pretty fast pace and just that seems to help. I made a beautiful lemon pepper chicken breast last night and will have some of that for lunch today I think. It also helps that there is so much to do at my house (cleaning) and with my computer that it kept me busy last night and not thinking about food. Seems when I sit down and stop working is when I start to think of eating, even if I'm not really hungry. Something about that couch....
