Talking My BFC Revolution!

Good Morning BFC Chicks.

To day I start my diet revolution using the BFC plan. I am no stranger to BFC. I did it last year starting in January and by May I had lost 20lbs. I know that doesn't sound like a lot, but for me; it was. I have been on again and off again. This time I plan to stay and push forward until I reach my goal. Sorry to say That I put 5lbs. of my previous weightloss back on, so I will lose it again I hope for good. I weighed this morning and it was 221lbs.
Just saying it out loud makes me sick. But I know I can do this and I am going to prove it to myself. I will weigh every day, I know once a week is recommended. But, weighing every day helps me to stay true to the plan. I will keep a log and blog of everything for the next 12 weeks. I have had a good BFC breakfast and I feeling so positive. Well, have a good BFC week.

Hi all,

First day went well - Unfortunatly I skipped breakfast (no time) but ate a big green salad and homemade bean soup for lunch. Dinner was mixed veggies and a rather large piece of baked Swai (a whitefish) that was very good. I'm trying to eat a lot more protein than I've done in the past as it seems to give me that full feeling longer.

Today is a HB egg for breakfast, Salad and more fish for lunch, and I haven't decided what's for dinner yet - probably leftovers ;-)

Everyone, don't forget to drink lots of water! I have to keep reminding myself.

Good morning girls,

I was suprised to see a whoosh on the scale, and I'm down 2 lbs, although some of that weight was water retention. I have pretty much figured out how I need to structure meals so I don't give into temptation in the late evening, which has been my problem. Eating more protein seems to work for me.

Breakfast: hard boiled egg
lunch: a big green salad with veggies and a piece of protein (fish today)
Dinner: More protein and veggies (yesterday was chicken, tonight will be pork chop)

Liz, I like your idea to include string cheese - I'll have to pick some up.

Have a good day!

Smile Day 3 "Positive & Energy Up"

Hi Everyone,
Day 3 and I did much better and felt better. I was down a pound and I know it was probably water. I have a lot of water retention, so my weight is up and down. I had a good BFC breakfast, Lunch: a bowl of very lean chili, Dinner more fish and a salad. I need to up my water and exercise. But one step at a time.Energy levels were back up today and I made some very good choices. Each day brings new challenges and new opportunities to make the right choices. I am holding strong.

Sorry to hear about your back Liz. My DBF is having severe back pain right now as well, and he can't even drive.

Everyone seems to be sticking to plan, so good job! I have to confess when I stay up late I get the munchies and can't resist things like wheat thins or tortilla chips. When I'm tired my willpower wilts -- just have to start getting to bed earlier!

Yesterday was
B - an egg
L - salad and fish
SN - natural almonds
D - bean soup
Junk - wheat thins

Good Morning All,
Liz glad to hear your back is feeling better. Looking at your menu, I was wondering if you have the book BFC and if you are eat enough. Breakfast is your most important meal and it looks like yours is very light. Hows your energy? Ok, if it works for you; thats what counts. Usually my first week, the weight comes off slow, then second week I see better results. Maybe its just I have a better grasp on my emotions and planning.

Have a great day everyone!
