I hope all is well this morning. Andi I know what you mean about stress. It is one of the hardest obstacles to over come. Yesterday was not a BFC day for me. I had my grand children and of course they wanted to go to McDonalds. I had a chicken sandwitch without the bread and fries, I always drink water. That was no so bad, but as I have stated. One bad choice leads to another. Later we had mini blizzards.

I am human and I do slip up.
I made it my cheat day and today is all BFC. Its all anyone can do when you have an off day. Just get back on plan and up exercise to burn up those extra calories. I am getting better, I am now asking myself if it is worth the choice I am about to make? To bad I did not do that yesterday. I do not want to see the scales go back up. It feels so good to see it go down. So from now on, I will STOP ask that question:"is it worth it, am I willing to gain back what is already gone? I think if I do this and picture my goals,
I might be able to say NO! Well let us focus on our challenge and make through the weekend without blowing it.
