Not too bad this afternoon, as I had a little more energy and could pedal faster than the past couple of days. Little short on time this morning though as it was hair wash day, so no extra. Tomorrow will be the same because I have a chiropractor's appt before work.

40mins on treadmill in morning and 33mins on exercise bike in afternoon, followed by 7 mins of stepping.

Personal Goal... 1350 - 80 = 1270

Group Total... 3995 + 80 = 4075

This total is looking excellent seeing as we are only a third of the way through the month.

WTG Ammi! It must be extra trouble, but it's really nice of you to translate KM's into miles for those of us that measure that way. I go to Canada enough to equate 62-65 mph with 100 kph, but I'm sure most people don't.

We got home unexpectedly and the first words out of my girlfriend's mouth were "So, ready to go to Curves?" So I got in another 30 minutes. I wouldn't have made my 40 mins this morning if it hadn't been for accountability to this list. I think I'll finally make goal this month!!!

30 + 4183 = 4213

Alright! Today I did:
30 mins "Dance off the Inches"
10 mins on my treadmill at 2.8 MPH

So that brings the group total to: 4213+40=4253

We're kicking major butt, ladies!

Last night I was totally exhausted from a VERY long day, so I just did 10 minutes of walking. Tonight I went to the gym and started with 8 minutes on the treadmill, had a 30 minute session with my trainer and then got back on the treadmill for another 20 minutes + 5 cool down. The total of all that is 73, which brings my total to 320.

The new group total is 4288 + 73 = 4361

I am very proud of myself at the moment. This afternoon after work I was SO tired and I had a nap before picking hubby up from work. I had almost convinced myself that I could skip exercising this evening, as it was Friday and perhaps I could make Friday nights a ‘free’ night, seeing as I am always most tired on Friday nights. Well, by the time I got home again, I just got changed and hopped on the bike anyway. Somewhere along the way I had figured that I didn’t need a free night and I may want to save them for when I have a really good reason, like being sick. I actually did a really good pace (tried to stick to 24mph) and fit in an extra 10mins, so did 40mins total. I felt MUCH better when I got off and was proud of myself that I beat that little ‘demon’ across the head.

So... 40mins treadmill in morning and 40mins on exercise bike in afternoon

Personal Goal... 1270 - 80 = 1190

Group Total... 4361 + 80 = 4441

I hope you all find the energy or motivation to keep moving!

I am so proud of all of you. I think I'm at least a couple of days behind in my exercise. Between a hellish work week (involving several meals out, which I negotiated without much worry) to not feeling well, I just haven't got everything in. I'm still thinking I can make my goal, but have to really get moving on it. Hopefully I'll post 3 times before the weekend is up. This is a time when I am really happy to have set goals for myself, otherwise it would be easy to be really complacent...

Look at us go! Another 45 min for me last night and I am sure that I will be back tonight with some too I have to go out and do some shopping first

Personal total ~ 380-45= 335 left to go!!! (Feb goal is 800 minutes)

300+ total is 4441+45= 4486 minutes

13 mins Dance off the inches
5 minutes on the treadmill

Pretty tired today, but maybe later I'll add to it, I don't know. I'm almost to my goal!!! AH!

I couldn't exercise again today, but I did walk, so I need to add 40 minutes to the group total. So....

Group Total = 4504 + 40 = 4544

Well this week I finally started walking. I only walked three days though,for a total of 95 minutes. My personal goal is 600 by the end of this month. Next week I will exercise more!

Group total: 4544+95=4639!

Wow! I bet we're at 5k by the end of the weekend!

I got to the gym tonight and did my weight session (20 min) and 32 min on the treadmill, so 52 min total.

New group total is 4639 + 4691 minutes!
