Not too bad this afternoon, as I had a little more energy and could pedal faster than the past couple of days. Little short on time this morning though as it was hair wash day, so no extra. Tomorrow will be the same because I have a chiropractor's appt before work.
40mins on treadmill in morning and 33mins on exercise bike in afternoon, followed by 7 mins of stepping.
Personal Goal... 1350 - 80 = 1270
Group Total... 3995 + 80 = 4075
This total is looking excellent seeing as we are only a third of the way through the month.
WTG Ammi! It must be extra trouble, but it's really nice of you to translate KM's into miles for those of us that measure that way. I go to Canada enough to equate 62-65 mph with 100 kph, but I'm sure most people don't.
We got home unexpectedly and the first words out of my girlfriend's mouth were "So, ready to go to Curves?" So I got in another 30 minutes. I wouldn't have made my 40 mins this morning if it hadn't been for accountability to this list. I think I'll finally make goal this month!!!
Last night I was totally exhausted from a VERY long day, so I just did 10 minutes of walking. Tonight I went to the gym and started with 8 minutes on the treadmill, had a 30 minute session with my trainer and then got back on the treadmill for another 20 minutes + 5 cool down. The total of all that is 73, which brings my total to 320.
I am very proud of myself at the moment. This afternoon after work I was SO tired and I had a nap before picking hubby up from work. I had almost convinced myself that I could skip exercising this evening, as it was Friday and perhaps I could make Friday nights a ‘free’ night, seeing as I am always most tired on Friday nights. Well, by the time I got home again, I just got changed and hopped on the bike anyway. Somewhere along the way I had figured that I didn’t need a free night and I may want to save them for when I have a really good reason, like being sick. I actually did a really good pace (tried to stick to 24mph) and fit in an extra 10mins, so did 40mins total. I felt MUCH better when I got off and was proud of myself that I beat that little ‘demon’ across the head.

Group Total... 4361 + 80 = 4441

I am so proud of all of you. I think I'm at least a couple of days behind in my exercise. Between a hellish work week (involving several meals out, which I negotiated without much worry) to not feeling well, I just haven't got everything in. I'm still thinking I can make my goal, but have to really get moving on it. Hopefully I'll post 3 times before the weekend is up. This is a time when I am really happy to have set goals for myself, otherwise it would be easy to be really complacent...

Well this week I finally started walking. I only walked three days though,for a total of 95 minutes. My personal goal is 600 by the end of this month. Next week I will exercise more!
