I fell on Friday and screwed up my knee. Its only bruised and sore and nothing that is going to keep me down for long... I can manage some int he gym and most in the pool so here is my time since thursday ( the last time I managed to post on here )
thursday - 60 min
saturday -60 min
sunday -75 minutes

personal total~ 740 - 195 = 545 minutes to go!!!
300 + total~ 1591+195= 1786!!
whoohoo not too shabby for a week!!! and I am sure that number will soar when everyone gets back on the server and updates their time for the weekend!
I did 10 minutes of walking and 10 of stretching and stability ball exercises for a total of 20 minutes. I am actually looking forward to going back to work tomorrow so I can go back to the gym and walk on the treadmill. Boy does that feel crazy! My new total is 177.
Nancy, I had that same feeling! I felt bad about almost skipping out last night, and it felt good to just exercise! And today, I looked FORWARD to it! New and different for sure!
I'm so glad to hear people missing exercise! I've been sick and not doing as much as I would like. I still don't like doing it, but I know I feel better when I do!!
Well, once again, knowing that I want to report to you guys made me do a little extra over the past few days. The change over had me off the site for two days (not sure why the delay) so I have Sat, Sun and Mon to record.
Sat - 40mins treadmill, 43mins exercise bike and 7mins steps = 90 mins
Sun - 50mins treadmill, 30mins brisk walk with hubby and 40mins bike = 120mins
Mon - 45mins treadmill, 10mins laps of oval with kids, 33mins bike and 7mins steps = 95mins
Okay ladies.. I am officially back in the game! Well, I have to take it easy, but I can now start exercising again.
My goal for this week is to get in 45 minutes of exercising, so I don't overdo it but I at least get something done.
Starting next week, I want to attempt to get 120 minutes each full week and 60 minutes the partial week, so that'd be a total of 345 minutes for February.
