Well, thinking about the March goals got me inspired to up things just a bit, so instead of 30 + 5 colldown on the treadmill, I went for 35 + 5. I also did 5 minutes on the elliptical. So that makes today 45 minutes and my February total 910.
The new group total is 10,368 + 45 = 10,413

...cats were getting worried I might write on them). Tallied it up today- didn't meet my goal of 500 minutes, but 381 minutes isn't bad either for my first month. Who knows, maybe it will be higher by the end of the day
