Oops... just a quick correction to my personal goal. Perhaps I needed to go down to grade 2, because I seem to have a problem with subtraction - or simply wishful thinking.

Original Personal Goal... 2050 – 70 = 1980 (NOT 1880)
Then... 1980 – 70 = 1910

Started well today, with 45 mins on the treadmill, but I’ll add my total this evening when I have finished everything.

Hi all -
I'm a newbie. I'm not sure how to join threads or maneuvur (?I know that is wrong - wish there was a spell checker).

My goal is 1200 minutes for February.
I have 180 so far!!! Hope I can keep it up.

All right! I commit myself to exercising for at least 30 minutes a day this month. Hopefully when my body gets accustomed to doing physical work (I plan on walking), I could do more than that.SO, that would be 600 minutes I think I can do that I KNOW I can do that...easy!

I did 20 minutes on the treadmill, then had a 30 minute session with my trainer and then go back on the treadmill for another 15 mintues plus 5 minutes cool down. All of that is 70 minutes, which brings my personal total to 105.

The new group total is 914 + 70 = 984!

That almost makes me want to do something else for 16 minutes, but I am pretty wiped out.

I'm SO glad it's Friday night! I have already had TWO naps since I finished work. I did force myself to exercise between them though, so I don't feel too bad.

This thread is actually working well for me. It encouraged me to do an extra 5 mins on the treadmill this morning and to do an extra 4 mins on bike and step. Just these little additions could make a difference, so thank you everyone.

45 mins on the treadmill this morning and 33 mins on the exercise bike this afternoon, followed by 7 mins of stepping.

So... Personal Goal - 1910 - 85 = 1825

Group Total - 1234 + 85 = 1319

We're just rockin' along.

I am a slug! Haven't done anything yet! I am shamed and you all are rockin away!

The next week at work is crazy and I am hoping to just keep up... and that's WITH working on the weekend! I am planning to go to the gym tonight, unless my cold gets worse again.

I'll throw 65 minutes of aerobics into the pot today.

My goal: 1365 - 65 = 1300 to go

Group Total: 1319 + 65 = 1384

Well, I ended up surprising myself with my workout today!!! I ended up doing:
5 minutes of my dance dvd
5 minutes of "freestyle" dancing to my music
20 minutes on the treadmill! That's the one I'm most proud of, as I could only do 6 minutes yesterday!!! So 30 minutes for me today, and a total of 79 minutes for my goal for the month!!!!

1384+30=1414 for our group total!

Way to go CHICKS!

Wow! It got quiet here today...
I got in 30 minutes of walking and 10 minutes of back exercises/stretches...

The new group total is 1414 + 40 = 1454 minutes!

let's see how we've all done when the server comes back up!

Well - I tried my new DVD tonight which is a Bollywood dance workout and it was a bit too much for me. It was more a case of intense choreography overload than stamina. I will try it again when I feel a bit more coordinated. I did 22 minutes of the video, which brings my total to 127.

The group total is now 1454 + 22 = 1476.

I was surprised I got that last post in right before the server went down. It's kind of weird to be posting twice in a row.

On Saturday I did 30 minutes of a low-impact cardio video. It was good to mix it up from having done the treadmill during the week. It definitely uses some different muscles. That brings my total to 157.

The new group total is: 1476 + 30 = 1506

Welcome back everyone! Got to the gym goday and did 20 min weight/strength and 40 min on the treadmill for an hour! I'm still a bit behind for the month, but at least it's early!

I"ve been really active the last couple days with the horses, but I've only done 25 minutes of logable exercise. Tonight it's back on the truck for who knows how long.

25 + 1566 = 1591
