This will be my first time doing this exercise minutes counting thing so I am going to be conservative with my goal and say 400 minutes. That will be WATP and the gym (treadmill, bicycle, weight machines) and maybe some other videos or walks outside or something else that presents itself as an opportunity to sweat.
I think this thread is a great idea and a good motivator!

. I also have never measured my exercise in mins. it's usually miles or sets when referring to weights, but I will try.
I'm calling my work out buddy to see if she wants to go to the gym. If not, I'm going on my treadmill. I'll post later on today when I get back on the computer. 
, there are some steep goals on the list! You ladies amaze and inspire me!! I've missed my goal the last 2 months, so I really wanna make it this month, and surpass it if possible. At least I've started this a.m. with my 30 min workout...
