Hello, at last I'm back, AT LAST,add 40 mins for me. Good job I'm on holiday next week, 3-5 hours walking each day should get me to total!!!! MY GOAL 800=230+40=270 GROUP TOTAL 6915+40= 6955

My back was feeling a little better this morning and almost back to normal this afternoon... phew! I didn't enjoy that one little bit. And I'm certainly not looking forward to it happening once a month. YUCK!
Exercise was pretty good. Once again, I pushed myself a little bit for a couple of reasons. One was because I wanted to report a good amount of minutes on here and the other was that I would like to try and sweat away the extra weight that I have gained with TOM. I am REALLY not impressed with that side of things. That is going to take a LOT of getting used to I'm afraid.
So... 50 mins on treadmill in morning and 50 mins on exercise bike in evening.
Zelma -- That extra weight should be just water and come off on its own, but it really is no fun. I am apparently fortunate and do not experience weight gain then.
Amber -- You set a pretty high exercise goal (2000 mins), is that a lot for you? If so, don't beat yourself up over it, but try something more doable next month. I am finding that I am working into a routine, but it is hard to build one. That is my focus.
If it isn't a lot for you, did something happen this month to make it harder to reach?

I went for my morning walk (for 30 mins)...I plan on kicking it up a notch when I'm more used to it.
SO, 7055+30=7085 mins for the group! Good job,everyone! Keep it up!
I did 17 minutes on the treadmill, worked with my trainer for 30 minutes and then got back on the treadmill for another 18 minutes. That makes my total for tonight 65 minutes, and my total for the month 590.
So I didn't go to the gym today but the bf and I did some yard work for several hours. I'm only going to count it as 60 minutes though because it didn't feel like I was working out. I was sweating when we finished and I actually realized halfway through that it counted as exercise. Hauling heavy tree limbs will do that to you.
I didn't do as much extra as I have been doing, but I still did OK. I still managed to do extra on the treadmill in the morning, even though it was hair wash day. I just made sure I got up a little earlier. This evening I had a nap after work and then had to still get salads done for dinner, so I had to cut my bike session down a little. It is still over my target, but a little short of my recent sessions. I'm not sure I could have done any more anyway. I find it harder to do too much on a Friday night. Just TOO tired!

Personal Goal... 590 - 90 = 500 (That means I've already done 1550 this month, which is pretty good I think)
We are driving to Boston tonight to see my family, so I had to get myself out of bed and get some exercise in this morning before work. This was not an easy task for me, since I am not a morning person. I did one of my Veena and Neena Bellydance for Beginners tapes, which was 25 minutes. That brings my total to 615.
I did my walking today for 35 minutes.I'm picking up the pace! Slowly,but surely. Maybe next week I'll do 40 minutes everyday. We'll see Group total: 7357+35=7392! Good work! Keep on moving!
Would it be OK for me to jump in here? I started working out last week and I am starting to love it. My goal is 600 min a week or 2400 a month. I really want to get this weight down and as I used to be a waterpolo player and a lifeguard I know it will take a lot of hard work to get back to where I am to be.
If it is Ok I did 120 min today. 60 min. lifting, 30 min. tred and 30 min.bike.And yes my legs hurt thank you!
