What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I went on my first diet at age 13 (I was a chubby kid) and lost 50 lbs. This is the second time I've gained some back (never all of it, Thank God), so I'm looking to rid myself of it forever.
Anything else you would like to share with us: I dunno, might be important to mention I've had problems with eating disorders. I go overboard with dieting sometimes, but I've set a goal for myself and I don't want to be boney like I used to (from one extreme to the other it seems). Being healthy is more important to me.

What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: I am so sick & tired of being overweight. I can be healthier if I applied myself and that's just what i'm doing this time around. I work in a rural hospital and I am to wear nice clothes, I want to wear clothes that are cute & not always covering up every lump I have so nobody realizes how overweight I really am. I would be a much happier person at a healthy weight. I am currently on medication for blood pressure issues, I also want to get off of the medication!
