90day goal challenge
1. Lose 2sizes 2. Lose 30lbs (10lbs/month) 3. This time make my 90 day goal August 8/1-234.4-gained 3lbs over vacation!!!!-back to plan 8/2-233- (I believe this to be mostly water weight from vegas trip) 8/3-232.4—1.4lbs till at weight of before vacation (231) 8/4-230.6-1.8 down! Wow! (yay all the vegas trip weight gone and now true losses : ) ) 8/5-230.0 - .6 down! Yay! 8/6-230 8/7-230 8/8-228.6 woo hoo! 1.6 down! 8/9-229.2 just finished TOM (3-5 day stall coming up) 8/10-229.8 day 2 of after TOM stall : ( (completely on plan but gained) 8/11-229.0 maybe my TOM stall is over! : ) 8/12-228.2 .8 down 8/13-230.2 horrible cheat day 8/14- didn’t weigh I was scared 8/15- 231 back on plan today pretty disappointed in myself 8/16-229 staying on plan forever more! 8/17-no weigh in for my sanity- I went to a VIP party bash AND DRANK AND SNACKED |

GW: 228 1 - 236.8 (weighed at night so expecting a lower number in the morning when I do my normal weigh-ins) 2 - 234.6 3 - 232.6 (I was not expecting this!, had a big dinner last night and went over my calories...also lots of sodium...anyway, I'm VERY happy to see this number.
