GW: 228 1 - 236.8 (weighed at night so expecting a lower number in the morning when I do my normal weigh-ins) 2 - 234.6 3 - 232.6 (I was not expecting this!, had a big dinner last night and went over my calories...also lots of sodium...anyway, I'm VERY happy to see this number. Thanks! I think my weight will bounce back up a bit tomorrow though. I didn't work out at all over the weekend and had a VERY low-carb day yesterday (25 net! unusual) and I'm not going to keep that up so I expect more water retention/inflammation. |
