90day goal challenge
1. Lose 2sizes 2. Lose 30lbs (10lbs/month) 3. This time make my 90 day goal August 8/1-234.4-gained 3lbs over vacation!!!!-back to plan 8/2-233- (I believe this to be mostly water weight from vegas trip) 8/3-232.4—1.4lbs till at weight of before vacation (231) 8/4-230.6-1.8 down! Wow! (yay all the vegas trip weight gone and now true losses : ) ) 8/5-230.0 - .6 down! Yay! 8/6-230 8/7-230 8/8-228.6 woo hoo! 1.6 down! 8/9-229.2 just finished TOM (3-5 day stall coming up) 8/10-229.8 day 2 of after TOM stall : ( (completely on plan but gained) |
