8/1-234.4-gained 3lbs over vacation!!!!-back to plan
8/2-233- (I believe this to be mostly water weight from vegas trip)
8/3-232.4—1.4lbs till at weight of before vacation (231)
8/4-230.6-1.8 down! Wow! (yay all the vegas trip weight gone and now true losses : ) )

Okay, so I am in the Caribbean at an all-inclusive resort. Not good! The wedding party eats for hours, on the beach, in the restaurant, in our rooms. Not good! The only good thing is that although it is a 5 star hotel, the food sucks =0)
The fruit is good =0)
So needless to say, I don't think I will be making my goal this month. But it is a nice break, and I think it will recharge my batteries to lose the last remaining pounds. The fact that I look horrible in any kind of bathing suit also is a bit motivating =0)
