8/1-234.4-gained 3lbs over vacation!!!!-back to plan 8/2-233- (I believe this to be mostly water weight from vegas trip) 8/3-232.4—1.4lbs till at weight of before vacation (231) 8/4-230.6-1.8 down! Wow! (yay all the vegas trip weight gone and now true losses : ) ) 8/5-230.0 - .6 down! Yay! 8/6-230 8/7-230 8/8-228.6 woo hoo! 1.6 down! 8/9-229.2 just finished TOM (3-5 day stall coming up) 8/10-229.8 day 2 of after TOM stall : ( (completely on plan but gained) 8/11-229.0 maybe my TOM stall is over! : ) 8/12-228.2 .8 down 8/13-230.2 horrible cheat day 8/14- didn’t weigh I was scared 8/15- 231 back on plan today pretty disappointed in myself 8/16-229 staying on plan forever more! 8/17-no weigh in for my sanity- I went to a VIP party bash AND DRANK AND SNACKED 8/18-no weigh did good at the concert weigh in tomorrow morning 8/19-230.8 (breathe Jessica the laws of physics says its water) 8/20-229.0 woo hoo 8/21-didn’t weigh was at jennys for concert 8/22- 231 blegh back on plan and no more teater totter 228-231 : ) 8/23-230- on plan and feeling great! 8/24-229.4 on plan going strong day three of 14 day goal with no cheat! 8/25-229- .4 down woohoo! |

Okay, so I am in the Caribbean at an all-inclusive resort. Not good! The wedding party eats for hours, on the beach, in the restaurant, in our rooms. Not good! The only good thing is that although it is a 5 star hotel, the food sucks =0)
The fruit is good =0) So needless to say, I don't think I will be making my goal this month. But it is a nice break, and I think it will recharge my batteries to lose the last remaining pounds.
