I also love daily weighing...another reminder that weight creeps up when we least expect it. I need to keep the daily weighing, because when I do not keep track of it and I do not want to step on the scale...I know I have gained weight.

Go Back! Go Back! 8/8: 177.5 feeww, it went back 8/9: 177.5 Shot I was hoping it would go down , and I was so good yesterday. Oh well hopefully it will come off when TOM leaves. 8/10: 176, getting there , at this point I'd be happy to stay the same weight as I was on my last WI. 8/11: 175.5, All most there, not feeling so confident about tommarow, judging but how I ate today =(. 8/12: 176.5, DARN YOU FAST FOOD!!! |

90day goal challenge

This time make my 90 day goal August 8/1-234.4-gained 3lbs over vacation!!!!-back to plan 8/2-233- (I believe this to be mostly water weight from vegas trip) 8/3-232.4—1.4lbs till at weight of before vacation (231) 8/4-230.6-1.8 down!
