Well done to everyone who stuck to their plans and lost.
My final weight is
143 which is yet another gain. I'm writing this as I've just eaten 2 large slices of pizza and some chocolate bites. I feel like I've let you all down as I've obviously hot helped at all with the huge losses everyone else has achieved.
I'm not giving up though, I may still be massively struggling with control with my eating but I've been to the gym for at least an hour for the last 3 days, and I intend to start afresh on Monday (again). Let's see if I can be proud of my contribution to the group for the next challenge rather than ashamed
