Hi everyone!! I’m finally feeling a little better

kenzide, walking all over campus will be great, plus tango?? you’re going to get lots of good exercise at school!

JL, wahooo!! you’re shrinking so fast! congrats!

Linds, glad you’re doing so well this week. i’m ready to get some of this weight moving again, how bout you? i feel like you’re my weight loss twin!

Shasha- we are def. weightloss twins! It has felt really great to be back in the gym. I am taking today as my rest day because I can barely walk lol! Blond bombshells are ready to drop a bit more weight Are you feeling any better yet doll?

COME ON. I am sick of maintaining at 149.5 pounds!! Seriously. I feel great I didn't gain over the crazy holiday time, but I'm back to it now (aside from exercise) want to drop again! Maybe I need to stop slacking on the exercise...

JL Yay for seeing the 150's! Good luck with the snow, it takes forever for the roads to be cleared where I live too... ick. LOL

Jennie Good luck finding a hobby! I enjoy scrapbooking, and when I am really into a project I sometimes forget to eat, I know thats not good either, but it does cure the munchies!

Lindsb When I can't find restaurant info online, I try and guesstimate it from another restaurant. Is there a place that has their info online that serves something similar? I did that once with a coffee house muffin. I used the Starbucks info. Probably a bit higher, but I'd rather over estimate than under, right?

Sasha Glad you're feeling better! If you had what I had, I bet you are too! LOL

Rainbowstripe You sound like my workout buddy Sally, LOL. She hasn't gained an ounce all holiday season, but she's frustrated cuz she's not losing! LOL. You're doing great!

Just finished a serving of homemade chicken and dumplings, and it's almost time to go upstairs and help my SO with the insulation. The upstairs is slowly getting closer to done! Can't wait!

Andejean I know I could google it, but I'd really like to know - what actually is chicken and dumplings? Are dumplings savory or sweet? Thanks for the encouragement - I feel proud for not gaining but frustrated that I'm STILL maintaining haha.

Rainbow - Dumplings are savory. There are two types of dumplings, there is the yummy kind for soup, which is basically heavy white flour dough made with egg that is dropped into a chicken soup, they become little nuggets of processed flour goodness, then there is the stew kind, which is pretty much a biscuit cooked on top of a stew. I had the stew kind last night, made with bisquick (do you have that in NZ?) basically a baking mix used to make biscuits, pancakes, waffles and the like. MMMMM. Yummy!

andejean, are you back to workouts yet? i’m thinking of hitting the gym today, but my nose is still (TMI) stuffed and leaking like crazy. don’t want to leak all over the machines HAHA.

lilly, come back! i miss your posts

linds, yes ma’am let’s get some weight moving! big hug twin! i walked for an hour yesterday (3miles!) and i’m thinking of hitting the gym today (still a little sick). good job hitting it hard! stretch those sore muscles!

kenzide, this IS a lovely group and we will totally revive the 130s thread

skinny, congrats on you loss! here’s hoping u breeze through the 130s!

Yep sasha, I actually never stopped my workouts (my nose was stuffed, but not runny, and my cough was controllable, actually, it got better with exercise, LOL) I just brought hand sanitizer, and a work out wipe, and worked out as usual. Today I feel a lot better, and really worked out harder than I have all week. It's a great feeling!

andejean I don't think we have bisquick here, but I've heard of it - my mum is obsessed with the US, she lived there for nearly a year when she was my age.

shasha Oh man...yeah I know they are. I'm taking it easy. Still. Hah. Today I'll go for a walk with my dad, he needs exercise but only light exercise...and then on Monday I'll jump right back in with a jog after work. Tuesday I have Zumba again so I can't skip that! Hopefully that will kick start me into it again...

rainbowstripe - Its hard to get back into the groove of things after the holidays huh? I havent seen a drop yet either, although I have been excercising but Im crossing my fingers (for you and for me) =)

Andejean - you totally made me craving dumpling soup for the chinese take out place down the street from where I live! hehe

shasha12 - awww its so nice to feel missed hehe I think Im getting better at my time management ) Glad to see that you are feeling a little bit better. I usually take time off from excercise until I am FULLY better

Good morning! This will be a rough weekend because I will be having 2 off plan meals. Oh well! I have given myself until my 26th birthday to lose the last 13lbs so I'll work it off. Right now I'm trying to get psyched up to go to the gym this morning!

Jennie- love having you here! You are so inspirational! Congrats on 152!
