Just weighed in this morning at 163.5, down a pound from last week! That .5 is really starting to bug me though haha. Be a nice whole number next week please, weight. XD
166.6! I'm on the downside of TOM so I suspect it'll woosh off for another day or two and then I'll plateau for a couple weeks. I'll enjoy it while the scale is moving down .
Still no loses here, but I also haven't exercised since Tuesday night. The step class kicked my butt and I couldn't even walk because my leg muscles were so sore! Now that the pain is gone I'm going to hit the gym this morning.
This weekend was a pretty emotional one for me (I moved across country 2 months ago away from ALL friends and family, just me and my husband over here; the whole missing home bit hit me pretty hard). Plus my husband and I spent 2 days watching the whole first season of Man v Food and damn those that show make you want to pig out! Not that we completely pigged out but we had chicken wings one night and ice cream the other, but still not helping the weight loss efforts.
Whew feel like Im writing a book here, hope to hang in for 1 hour of exercise this morning.
