Well the +2 lbs scare from the 5th went away with this week's 3.8 lbs loss. Enough with the stress already! :lol:

Gaaaaaah!
I really really REALLY hope my scale goes back down to 206.
I didn't change anything, which is sorta wierd.
Did you ladies find it hard to finally kick into the 100's?
No idea why it just seems like a huge fight right now to kick the
6-8 lbs.

Angry- it took me FOREVER to kick the last few pounds... I am still not sure I am clear of the 200s yet but it took me a long time for the last few to drop.

Hopped on the scale this morning - 206!
It's not where I want to be, but it's head-way :D
Now just to get rid of these 6 extra pesky lbs.....

I think I am slowely learning that unless I stuff my face constantly - I don't
lose weight???

Wierd. My body is revolting, haha.

e.e;; Work is going for Chinese before our meeting today. I don't want Chinese! Ugh. Oh well. White rice and Wonton soup for lunch. I'll have to get my fruits and veggies in tonight.

At least I know in advance this time, last time it was a run to Burger King instead of a healthier alternative. Glad I packed almonds in my purse, ;).

edit, oh great, they changed it to a buffet at the last minute. I think I'll stick to the soup and rice, but focus on veggies.

203.4 this am! :carrot: I hope it sticks! I went out last night ... and had sort of a lot of adult beverages :lol: ... Not a ton of food but still drank a lot. Most of it was Mike's Light Cranberry Lemonade (98 cals per bottle) ... but still. Who knows what it's doing to my insides lol. We will see what the week brings. I'm fairly certain it will stay though! Only one other time since I've started losing that I've been out drinking and then weighed the next day ... it didn't seem to make too much of a difference on the next week I don't think ... at least not a gain and that's all I ask! :lol:

I'm tired of the 220s, maybe I'll slip out of them Wednesday, but it might take until next week.

I am SERIOUSLY wanting to get back to 206/205 by the end of the weekend.

So FREAKIN' close to Onderland but might as well be so frikkin far!

I was down to 200.2, but I doubt that I will hit Onderland this week since I ate Chipotle. My first time, but hopefully it won't get too bad. :S I am super happy to hit 200 flat, but not so sure I will stay there.

I joined the YMCA about three days ago and for the last three days have neen working out for 40-50 minutes. mainly cardio. But i ran for 6 minutes straight today! w00t!:D

I just really need to change my eating habits. they're getting better, but very slowly.......le sigh.:^:

Ahh 208.4 yesterday morning. I am hoping to be out of these 200's in the next 3 to 4 weeks. :)

Pretty good, Angrymittens, I couldn't find any white rice, so I made a plate of salad first with my wonton soup, then went back for more cucumbers, 2 chicken skewers, a peach bun, a piece of sushi, and some melon. I didn't quite like the red bean paste in the peach bun, so I ate just the outside of it. Filled me up pretty good with two glasses of water. :D

Surprisingly, it wasn't that hard to stay on track at the buffet. I had more trouble at the golden corral buffet just a month after I started WWs. But maybe because there were more items not covered in sauces or oils, ;)

I'm a bit shocked to be .9 lbs away from the 210s. In a way, I still think I am in the 250s, :lol: It wasn't that long ago compared to the 5 months it took to get here and the years it took to put the weight on.
