Hey ladies how is everyone doing this week? It has got so quiet in here! Hope everyone is staying on track :)

Hm. :( My weightloss seems to be stalling out. Bah! Looks like I need to change my go-to work lunch. I've been living off of yogurt, cheese stick, jello, and mousse/pudding for lunch and breakfast during the 5-day work week (plus some other odds and ends like fruit and veggies, of course :p).
Those cups were so fricken easy to grab and go in the morning. But it looks like my body is bored of them (not to forget mentioning my taste-buds, ;), but I was able to work past that for a while by changing up the flavors/brands). I definitely need to work some lean protein in some how... Well, I got a food processor with a slice/shred disk. (made some spicy black bean soup last night, yum!) So that should make veggy prep easier. Though it is as loud as a lawnmower, I swear :lol:. So I am thinking, a nice serving of shreaded assorted veggies with a light vinegar/oil dressing for lunch to knock off my usual basics, plus whatever else I can come up with each week. That way I also get a bit of oil in (something I should be doing on my plan, but never really do). And I think I finally have to cave and wake up earlier to actually make breakfast at home and eat it there as well. :mad: That is going to be a hard habit to form, haha, I have never ate breakfast at home before work! I bought a box of cereal but only have had one serving out of it so far... Yeah, that's not going to work, e.e... Does anyone have any ideas that they'd like to share with me? I'd love some suggestions! |
Up 3 pounds from vacation. Gah! I'm hoping some of that is just water weight, because I really didn't eat all that badly. We'll see over the next few days...

I'm super close, I'm really hoping to reach 199.9/200 early next week. Today I was 203.8, but I have the feeling that it's because I had wayyy too much salt yesterday. I'm upping my workouts to 2 45-minute sessions per day this week (one medium/high intensity, the 2nd low intensity/maybe weights) to try to boost my metabolism. If I can get to 199 point something, it'll be the first time I've seen a one in front since exactly 1 year ago!

I weighed in at 206 this morning, so I hope by the end of next week I can get out of the 200s. I definitely want to get out of the 200s by my birthday in august. It would be the best present I could think of =D. |
I saw 210.0 on the scale this weekend, ;), even if only for a few moments, that's nice to see. I've got a long way to go, or so it feels, so I totally get that Ubercast.
I'm flatlining over here. Two more weigh-ins around or at 218-217 and I'm thinking of switching to calorie counting. I must be goofing-up somewhere. |

Hi there,
I am new to this forum but not new to weight loss. I am currently stuck right above 200lbs and am desperate to get below it. I know my period induced junk food binge didn't do me any favors this weekend. SO, given that I am just a few pounds away from being 200lbs or under I am going to spend the next two weeks working very hard at my weight loss goal, and not weigh myself until two weeks for today. Hopefully then I can see 199lbs or lower on the scale for the first time in almost 8 years. :D |
Ugh, I've been balancing between 200-199 for a while now and I'm really eager to OFFICIALLY get out of the 200s. I feel like because I keep going back up to 200 at different times during the day/week that it doesn't really count.
I've cut out most junk foods and have been eating a lot of fruits (I really love them, anyway). I'm too stubborn to cut soda out completely, so I allow myself to have one only a couple times a week. To try and replace it, I've been drinking sparkling green tea, which gives me my carbonation fix without all that sugar. I'm still trying to work hard, especially with exercise. So, hopefully I'll be officially out of 200s soon! |
Thanks, Song. I think I'll do that for this long weekend, I'll get my sister out and about and that usually involves some nice walks. I just canceled my gym membership because I never go anymore, but I can be her +1 this weekend at her gym. Might just have to hit the beach as well, ;).

Well ladies I was down to 225.8 this morning so right under a pound loss for the week. I am not being hard on myself bc I have had TOM and a party this past week.

I just welcomed the 230s I weighed in at 238 this morning and I feel so proud. this has been such a long journey for me but ive learned to much about myself in the process. Id love to finally make it to onederland this year id be so so emotional!!!!!!!
