Ty for all the kind words! I have stayed under my calories,I had to take 2 days off on the exercising. I brisk walked a mile today which was all I could handle but better than nothing. I hope to get back on the workout routine tmw! *fingers crossed*

Thanks! I weighed yesterday and I was 229.2! yay for a 2.4 pound loss in a week :) I got back on my workout routine today as well. Hope everyone had a great day!

I maintained this week. Learned that I couldn't be generous with the snacks (though I was OP). Back to the basics this week!

Leaving for the beach this weekend... I'm just gonna try to maintain. Make healthy food choices when we go out to eat, and do lots of swimming. Still worried, however.

Keep the water coming, Song, despite all that swimming and sunning, you need to drink some too! :lol: That's sometimes hard to remember (but easy to do if you've got the water on hand). I should know, I'm a coastal gal here in FL.

If you keep your choices healthy and in reasonable portions you should actually lose on vacation. ;) You can do it!!!

Hope everyone has a great weekend,I am still have problems with my ears and throat even though I have been on antibiotics for 6 days. I just want to feel back to normal so I can do as much as I used to! Stayed on track with the diet and stayed on the treadmill for quite a while. I am going to a graduation party tonight so I am going to try to stay away from the brownies,cake and wine LOL

So I am hoping that all this sweating and peeing I've been doing is getting rid of the water weight I still have after having my son! I was down to 212ish the I weighed 2 days later and was up to 217! Boo....I'm being OP but I can't work out for a couple weeks yet sooo maybe I will just wait til Friday to weigh and adjust my ticker from there. Once I can start working out again I am going to take before measurements.

My weigh in is tmw wish me luck! If anyone has any suggestions on how to keep the workouts fun I would appreciate it. I am only a month into this and starting to feel blah with my workouts.

i can barely move. my trainer totally kicked my rear end today at the gym (in a nice way though, i like her) and like all i can think about is having a plate of chili cheese fries and a pint of ice cold beer. several pints of ice cold beer. throw in some sangria too.

what do you ladies do with regards to alcohol? i'm 23 now, so my partying days are really over (i can't do what i used to do, lol, i'd die) but i really enjoy nights in with a movie, some dinner and a beer or two. and i love european beers (not a an of wine). my friends and boyfriend say that it's like i'm a frat boy or something ;( but yeah, what do you ladies do when you just get that craving for a movie and an ice cold beer at the end of a long hard day? and i hate light beers by the way, i consider them beer flavored bottles of water, haha.

yeah i'm a strange one, haha.

Well ladies I weighed in yesterday at 228.6 and then today I was 226.4? I am blaming TOM for all this but happy I finally have a good loss! Hope everyone is staying on track and has a great week!

Chavela sorry I cant really help with the beer thing bc I dont drink beer. Maybe a little glass of Arbor Mist every once in awhile :)

Mickeypnd I have tried Slimfast but it just didnt keep me satisfied and messed with my blood sugar. If you have good luck with it let me know!
