My mother asked me to stay the weekend to watch my youngest brother while she and my father are traveling out of town. Came to the house and there is nothing that is really safe to eat. Lots of very sugary fruit juices and sodas. The best option is water. She bought a box teeny croissants that aren't too bad with WW.

But I stepped on her scale and it says I am at 206 pounds. No way I lost that much in a day (or even a week). I have my period and I've read enough posts here that people seem to have weird times at the scale before, during and after but I'm probably going to have to wait a while before I can weigh myself again. A bit frustrating but I think I can deal ;)

Coming back here to check in cause you ladies are so great and supportive! I feel like the 190s thread is kind of boring, so you all should come join me down there soon. :) And I'm sure you will.

Kabaker; You totally rock that! I so wanted to join the Air Force when I was in high school and knew nothing about the fitness component of it. When I talked to the recruiter at school he kind of looked me over and pretty much ignored me. I'm looking at the armed services someday though, perhaps after college is through!

Jennie; How did the shred go? When I started doing shred again my weight stayed stagnant for a few weeks, though now I'm dropping a pound or two each week again. It's fun. :) Level 2 kicks my butt with all the planks.

Ray; Hey since you're at your mum's house, perhaps you have cooking supplies! Look up some snack recipes online and make a few of your own things. Maybe the bro will want to cook with you!

Everlasting- I never though I would join the Air Force but its what I am doing. I am halfway to the weight for my height... I have about 37 more pounds to go. I am graduating college next weekend so yeah.... I am moving back home until I leave for basic training so I think you all can understand why I want to hurry up and lose the weight! I love my parents but I don't want to be the creepy college grad living in the basement without a job!

Everlasting - Shred is going okay...like you mentioned my weight also hasn't really moved and I just started level 2 again. TOM just finished so I'm hoping to start seeing some movement on the scale. It's really frustrating, I upped my cals and workouts a bit trying to get out of this funk but this morning I found I'm back up to 3.6...GAH. I did JUST start the level 2 yesterday and usually I do see a slight raise in weight after I start something new so I'm hoping its just that. On a good note though I lost inches! Measuring really does keep my motivation up, especially with weeks like I have been having with barely any change in the scale. I don't remember if I posted this put I'll post it again: I lost 1/2inch in my waist, 1inch in my hips, 1inch in my thigh, and 1/4inch in my calf in 5days!

Oh yeah the planks! haha those are my fav though!

It reads like some of you have been crazy busy since the last time I popped in.

I've managed to drop out of the upper 220s, now it's time to set my eyes on the upper 210s.

Now if only everything else continued on like clockwork as well... ;)

Down 4lbs my first week...I will take that. For week two I am aiming to stay on the lower end of my calorie range (current range is 1600-1900), work-out six days a week, get ALL my water in (been drinking about 32oz, not 64 like I should), and take another step toward kicking my sugar addiction.

Congrats to all of the loosers :).

Still at 215. Ugh! I've had paper week all week, so I've just been trying to survive, but I'm so tired of seeing that number.

JennieLovesKisses 05-01-2010 03:40 PM

This morning the scale read 201.8-202.2!!! I can't believe I saw 201.anything!

I just starting taking a daily multivitamin/multimineral supplement (One-a-Day: Woman's Active Metabolism) yesterday and WOW I could feel a big difference in my energy.

JennieLovesKisses 05-02-2010 03:44 PM

Today was my official weigh In for the BL challenge and the scale read between 201.4-201.8!

zanheltangia 05-03-2010 12:46 PM

I think the Onderland gates are going to give way real soon for you, Jennie, wow.

Ah, well. I've got my best buds coming down the end of July and I'll be bugging a few pals who haven't seen me for a few months. It'd be nice to hear an "oh, wow" from a few of them, but it'll take some more effort on my part. I just might have to do a little shopping and avoid my baggier than usual t-shirts during their visit.

JennieLovesKisses 05-03-2010 03:34 PM

I don't know how this is happening really...and I don't mean to sound like its a bad thing but its kind of hard to believe but I did my normal morning weigh in (I always weigh in the morning) and the scale consistently read 200.8lbs. I was in complete shock...I even picked up my scale and looked at the bottom of it to make sure nothing was wrong with the little "legs" on it. I set it back down and again 200.8lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I still don't believe it I dunno if I'm in denial or what? O.o I am happy, its just not registering yet.

Edit: I mean...there has been some changes in the past 3 days. Ive started a daily multivitamin/multimineral supp and I HAVE been running to and from my bf's house (only about 5 min walking) lol...i dunno lmao

StuffedBunny 05-03-2010 03:43 PM

Jennie, whenever I see your avatar I just can't help but think "Jeez she's gorgeous!" haha Just thought I'd let ya know. Good going on being soooooo close! I can't wait 'till I'm under 200 again.

JennieLovesKisses 05-03-2010 03:46 PM

Aww thank you StuffedBunny! :) Man, I haven't been under 200 since 2006! >.<

kabaker 05-03-2010 11:16 PM

I feel I will never get under 200. I have been in 202-201 for almost 2 weeks.
