Still in the 202s.... I can almost TASTE it.... I have a lot of sore muscles today so I am hoping that they are retaining some water and I will have a little whoosh soon!

Drink a little extra water and take a soothing soak, it reads like you've been working so hard Kabaker, you probably could use some 'me time' ;)

Hahaha! Working hard is an understatement. I adjusted my calories and then I upped my workouts.

Tuesday- ran and went to an arm toning class
Wednesday- Zumba and PiYo
Thursday- Ran 3 miles

so yeah... I am resting today and then I am going to run again tomorrow!

Last time I checked (I think two or three months ago), I was at 205.5 on the home scale. I'm a little afraid to get on the scale and find out where I am now. I usually maintain and don't gain (and the jeans are getting a little loose) but I just started my new eating plan on Wednesday (I've eaten so many leafy green things...) so I'll probably wait until next Wednesday to brave the scale.

Now, I just need to work out... :dizzy:

I haven't been out of the 200's for 3 years! I'm 242 right now and I want to be 42 pounds DOWN by August. Gahhh!

Broke the 204's this morning. Scale read 203.2-203.4! FINALLY!

Now I just hope it doesn't go up with TOM coming. O.O Not gonna change my ticker yet...just in case. lol

UGH! speaking of TOM...today is the second day its here -_-.and at first i figured i shouldnt weigh myself. But i figured just to get an idea of what my weight does during my period, ill try it out.

So i weighed myself for the passed 3 days..and my weight has actually still been going down. Im not going to get super happy about it, because im not going to count it as an actual weigh in till TOM is gone.

BUT as of this morning..im at 223.8 =] were getting there chickadees!

Yeah I usually gain right before TOM and stay at that weight till its over then start seeing the scale drop. I've changed how I've been eating and been drinking tons of water so I'm hoping that helps some with this. I'd hate to have just gotten out of the 204's just to get stuck in the 203's...lol.
