I just starting taking a daily multivitamin/multimineral supplement (One-a-Day: Woman's Active Metabolism) yesterday and WOW I could feel a big difference in my energy.

I use a supplement (the first in several years ever since I was deemed too old for those Flinstone vitamins ;) ), started the same day I decided to get serious about losing weight. I haven't noticed anything different. Except (TMI alert) my pee is neon yellow (/TMI alert). I don't feel bad so I guess I'll continue to take it.

Today was weigh-in day and I think I now understand what people mean by 'woosh' after TOM because I lost a bit over 3 pounds and with finals I barely had time to exercise and I had to resort to a lot of guestimating portion-sizes while at my mother's. I'll take it, although now WW is telling me I'm losing too much weight too fast. I don't feel like I'm taking an unhealthy approach to losing weight. Maybe it's the multivitamins, hehe.

I might get on the multivitamin kick once my iron level is back to where it should be. Ugh. I'm trying to get healthier here, body, get your act together! Between the doctor appointments and work, I think I just might go bananas!

Ah well, WI this evening, despite stress I am hoping for a nice loss.

199.8 this morning! Geez finally! I haven't seen this number to 5-6 years! What a great morning, I have a job interview in like 2 hours and this was a huge confidence boost!

Last time i was under 200 was between freshman/sophomore year of highschool.... been trying to get under 200 for awhile now, gotta loose 15 more pounds... :kickbutt:

Today I kind of expected to be back up to 200lbs because my family and I went out to eat last night (I had a chicken salad) but I was surprised when the scale read 199.6. I don't feel like I'm safely in the 1's just yet...O.o
