I want to be under 200 by July. If I count my calories and exercise, I can do it. I'm going to try to go for a nice long walk or a bike ride with the boyfriend after dinner tonight. Then tomorrow I have my belly dance lessons. Then Wednesday I want to try to do my pilates dvd...then we'll go from there...

I'm still 203.4 and today finally started TOM (was kinda worried there for a min if you now what I mean!) ...but once its over I expect some pounds to drop!

I'm hoping I can kick open the gates to onederland by the end of next week or (if I am lucky, which I'm usually not) this week.

I was last in onederland in October, but then Christmas happened...

Aw, Kabaker! That's okay, you kept it small by the sound of it, just make a note of it and keep going. No need for guilt, sometimes we just need a little indulgence every once in a while. Just don't make it a habit, and you'll do great, Kab, :hug:.

I have been eating 1200 cals for the past week or so and I think it is causing me to crave more food, and BAD food. So I am gonna up it a bit, especially since I have been running a lot lately. I have logged 15 miles in less than 2 weeks! Thats a lot... to me at least!

That is definitely a lot of miles! Bravo!

I think you've got the right idea, up your cals a little bit and see if that helps, sometimes we've got to listen to our bodies.

i am starting my mini goals (after finally figuring out what everyone meant by one-derland)

still just starting...
mini goal #1 onederland... to lose 10 pounds
mini goal #2 185 ... down 25 pounds
mini goal #3 170 ... down 40 pounds (wedding weight 10/06)
mini goal #4 160 ... down 50 pounds
mini goal #5 145 ... down 65 pounds (graduation weight 05/02)

Hi! I'm new and I want to join this group too. I really want to get out of the 200s by the end of next month. I started tracking last wednesday and I've been trying not to peek until tomorrow.

Unfortunately it's my TOM and I have no idea what that will do with my weight (I never really thought it had that much of an effect, go figure).

Anyways, good luck to everyone trying to get out the 200s.

EDIT: Just weighed myself this morning (wed.) and I lost two pounds! Well it's more like 2 and a half, but I will definitely take it. Trying to keep up exercising but yesterday I was cramping and feeling horrible...and I have finals coming up. It was a struggle to even eat enough points (I'm on WW). This week is definitely a challenge!

I weighed in at 201.8 this morning.... but it took me like 2 weeks to get there from when I reached 202... this is depressing. When I get back home after graduation I am getting a personal trainer to help bust my way to goal so I can join the Air Force the fall.

Hey all...im a newbie here and just found this thread...im desperatly wanting to get out of the 200s. last time i was 198 was senior year of high school (and that was 6 yrs ago). soo now im trying to workout everyday. cardio 4x a week and resistance 3x. i got 19lbs to go and hopefully will get out by June...I just gotta keep thinking that swimsuit season is just around the corner!!!

So I'm at 202.8! Scale kept jumping though, between 202.8 and 203. Gah, I start level 2 of 30 Day Shred today and I'm hoping I don't gain...usually when I switch up my workouts I gain the first couple days then start to drop it. I honestly don't even feel like working out haha I feel lazy today, but I gotta!
