Hi everybody!!
I am new to this thread, and fairly new to 3FC. I just wanted to stop by and introduce myself. My name is Lorie and I live in a tiny, tiny town in Oklahoma. We have no gym, one grocery store, and about 3 gas stations, very small. I am a mother of four children (ages 6 and under). To make a long story short, I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old, and during those back to back pregnancies I gained 90 pounds!!!! I was already overweight, but now I'm sooooo afraid to hit that 300 mark! I want to be alive to see my children grow up, and I want to still be able to move around and play with them. My plan: I have started DietToGo, the 1200 calorie low fat meal plan, and it is delivered to my house every week. I am also going to walk 6-7 days a week, either on my treadmill, the local high school track, or a mixture of both. My eventual goal will be to do 5 miles each day, but I know right now I'll only be able to do 2, maybe 2 1/2 miles, but I will work up to 5!!! Oh, I weight 280 pounds (my highest weight ever) and my goal (for now, I may lower it after I reach it) is 160 pounds. How does all that sound? I log on every day and I will be more than happy to help anyone if I can!!!! Good luck everyone!!! I look forward to getting to know you all better!!! Keep reaching for your goals!!!!! |
202.8...3 pounds is all its gonna take to get me outta this.. i want to lose 30 before my 30th this fall

Its not my weigh in day either but today I weighed in at 201!! Ugh, I'm so friggin close!! These last two pounds are gonna drive me crazy. I can't wait to be 1-- something!

Everyone is doing well! Hang in there! I just recently got out of the 200s and I can never remember weighing(in my adult life, or teenage years) less than 200. Keep up the good work and you will get there!!;)

Well let me jump in on this one! LOL After high school the numbers just kept rolling up on the scale. Non pregnancy..i think the smallest i can remember (as an adult) i was 214. Then after that all i ever remember is being in the 230's..getting up to 248 at one point. As of today i'm at 220 and i'm super excited. Every time i leave a number bracket i vow to never go back. I left the 30's and i never want to see them again. I'm pusing to be in the teens by my monday weigh in! I can't wait to say i'm 199 LOL even though thats pushing it..I just want to be 1...something! UGH. I want so badly to be out of the 200's for my trip in late June. I don't know if it's possible, but I'm gonna make a run for it.

I am UNOFFICIALLY out of the 200s! I say that because it's not my weigh-in day but it's the first day of a new month.
So with that said, I weighed in at 198.6! Will check back when it's Monday. |
