we can all lay on the beach in some bikinis. But right now wouldn't be a good time. It's uh..averaging 50 degrees. Brrr!

I just posted my monthly fitness. Although I'm not doing as much as I was hoping to, I still have not missed one day since Monday. Yes, that's only 3 days but ever since I fell off wagon, I haven't worked out any consecutive days..so even 3 days is great for me, you know? And I don't want to burn myself out..so I will be happy with what I got so far and just try to meet the goal of 350 minutes per week.
And I drank tons of water today too. Even at home. Which has been awhile since I've drank water at home unless eating dinner.

Hey, by the way, has any of you ever experienced where you feel more thirsty when you drink water? Like.. when I wasn't drinking much water, I didn't really feel or crave for water...but now that I started drinking water again, I crave water constantly and feel thirsty constantly. I need to start carrying water bottle again for my 30 mile one way trip from and to work..

It's so cold here!!! I am already dreading having to get out from under my blankets to go to work. I literally got up, showered, got dressed, and promptly went back under my blankets! haha

Chele -- I used to do that EVERY DAY in elementary school. Drove my mom CRAZY but it got me really really good at getting ready super fast! Haha!
