my legs hurt from all of it. believe me. i think i just hit a stand still because it was TOM this week. i'm down to 190 as of this morning. hopefully more by sunday night/monday morning.
Hey Team... All of this week i had been eating mostly fruits and veggies... each day eating 1300 calories or less. and fat content being 20% or less. I was down to 118 on the scale. Well, tonight, I blew it all. I had alcohol first time in awhile, especially at new weight, 2 drinks and i am tipsy right now and i ate penne alla vodka, spinach artichoke dip and buffalo chicken tenders. Today I ate close to 3,000 calories (at least 2700 more than usual) and fat content has doubled to 42%. I hope I didn't screw this up on the scale.
Okay pink team! I'll be around for sunday night/monday morning weigh-in, but since my family is visiting and I'm working straight through until Thanksgiving day, I'm going to be a little MIA on this thread. Keep each other motivated! I've lost half an inch off my waist this week!
I'm sorry i am failing you guys. I had another bad eating day. Sunday will be better, i promise. I did good all week, i don't want to ruin it for myself, or for us.
I have been pretty much the same but when I'm at my TOM I can't work out worth crud and I just had pizza... it was mostly bread so I don't think it's too bad. I feel so bad for not being able to keep up with all you active people....
I didn't get to do the shred today. I felt downright awful today. I feel bloated. Bleh.One more day until the weigh-in. Maybe I can chase away some of this bloat tonight.
I had a question... do you think it's better to eat before or after exercising? Before you do anything in the morning, in the afternoon or evening before bed?
I just got on my Wii to do the body test and find out my weight... 297!! Yay!

I got my TOM this morning so I"m bloated up like a balloon. I would really love to get your weights in early because I've got to be at work for 9am tomorrow.
