I hope I can be included. It's tough for me to get online before 3pm because of work. My weigh in is 210 pounds.

SW: 210
GW: 165

Yeah, I just reread the whole thread because since I was away for the weekend, I have been really far behind!!! Skimming through things before posting isn't always the best option LOL

I'm just glad you're here! Over the next week we can iron out when we're going to post our weigh-ins I'd still like to go for monday mornings to inspire us to *behave* on the weekends!

I'm doing OK eating wise today and I was actually looking forward to exercising today but due to losing the 3 hours I had free in the day and my knee hurting, i didn't get to exercise. Feeling kinda crappy about it, but tomorrow the 30 day shred is ON no matter what LOL.

oh yeah, i really want to get to 118 or under before thanksgiving so when i pig out, the weight gain doesn't make a huge difference... i hope we can support each other through this. I need the push to stay on track with exercise mostly but also not overeating...

Thanks everyone for weighing in ALSO! I have hope we can be on top for this!

Maybe we should also track our measurements, so even if we don't lose weight, we can track whether we lost inches or vice versa? Maybe we can get all the teams to do this too, so there can be a winner (or biggest loser lol) of weight, and also inches? i dont know exactly how it would work... but its an idea...

I will definitely get to the computer ASAP on Mondays for you all. Today was a bit later than normal because I had a dentist's appointment right after school. Who knows....some days I may be the first person to weigh in since I am up and out the door by 6:30am every morning! haha

I was a member of a BLC on another board this past summer and one of the girls on my team came up with different weekly exercise goals for everyone that could be fiddled around with to fit everyone's workout schedules and workout routines. For example, one week we had daily challenges where we had to, one day, do a set number of different exercises (like push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, etc) and other times we would do a certain number of minutes of cardio. Simple things like that could possibly work since it could be customized to each specific person and people wouldn't need gym memberships or fancy equipment to do a lot of stuff. I don't know if that actually made any sense...haha. I tried looking for an old thread to copy and paste some information, but had no luck.

I'm really excited about the Biggest Loser challenge. I am always up for things that will help keep me motivated and accountable for my actions!

I like this Idea for challenges. I have an exercise bike, and JM30ds although I have never done it..also have a wii fit, and can do anything at home almost. I had such a great eating today and I feel fantastic...have 30 mins on the bike to do and some wii fit, and then it is treat time with my jello...

How was everyone elses day??
