No Kidding! It is so temping. It is so gross how much everyone in my office eats! The do this fantisy football leauge, and the deal is who ever has a team that wins, they bring donuts in the next morning...so every day we have donuts! I have been able to stay away from them for 2 weeks now. Me and my manager just sit here and laugh at how gross everyone is stuffing their faces! I have started chewing Extra Fruit Sensations gum (thanks biggest loser!) and it helps so much!

So far I have eaten 500 calories and it is only 2 pm and I am HUNGRY. There was a bake sale today, but i walked away from the counter without buying a thing! Go me. Plus, with 500 calories eaten, only 6% is from fat, so even if it is alot of calories, it is low fat!

i've been pretty busy this week, so i've kind of been slacking on filling you guys in - i apologize.

i've been hovering anywhere between 189 and 192 for the past like...almost 2 weeks. it's getting frustrating? anyone know of anything that might help me push through this crap? i guess that chicken alfredo i had last night didn't help any.

aml do you do any exercise? maybe adding 15 more minutes to your routine or switching up what kind of exercise you do might help? do you count calories? try decreasing your calories by 100?

Hey Leighish, she is one of my friends on myspace and I have been emailing with her for about a week. Today she posted that there was a conference call. you can ask her live questions and everything...it is so cool!! they do it with all the biggest losers... here is the website.

She really is, and alot of it stems from the fact that she is real...real and genuine. It was amazing hearing her story, and holy moly...they work out 6-8 hours a day on the ranch...damnit I have a hard time making it through 20-30 mins, and now I feel like I just shouldn't complain at all anymore. How is everyone doin this morning?

I couldn't imagine doing 6-8 hours a DAY at the gym!! Like you, I am forcing myself through 35 minutes on an elliptical.

Good i thought I was the only one having trouble making myself do it. Right now i have resorted back to the videos I really like... Walk away the pounds. I really like doing them and I feel like it is really getting done. Hopefully after I get my tat this weekend I will still be able to work out...it's gunna be on my ankle but I think it will be ok. My shoulder was really sore after that one but only for a few days.
