Most of the pink clothes I own are too small for me or summery and it is cold outside! But those pictures are cute. We should make this our week. Even if we don't lose the most weight, we are a good team as we show up, post together, and weigh-in on time. We are a great, strong team. I don't work on a regular basis and my graduate classes are at night, so that's why I can exercise, especially in the middle of the day. Tomorrow I am working, but I am still going to try to get in the 30 day shred and maybe a 10 minute ab workout on top of it, if my day isn't too horrible. I ate a lot today, but I am still pretty sure I'll have a loss of weight by Sunday!

I'm actually recording tbl tonight and watching it tomorrow so I might have to stay away from 3fc for the rest of the night to avoid being spoiled!!!

I'd check in first thing tomorrow though, I plan to post fancy charts by then...

I'm working on how to do that now. Leighish... I am using that to my advantage. I, actually, haven't felt this good in months! I feel like I'm actually doing something constructive and worthwhile now... Seeing as I don't have a job, can't have a job and have nothing to do, really...

Anyways... How ARE we doing? I just got back from a nice long trip on the bus with my friend. Hether (pooch) got shot and didn't flinch so that was good. It was nice and quick and we WERE gonna have her groomed too. "You must wait 48 hours after getting a rabies shot to get your pet groomed." This is the SECOND time we've been out there and it takes 2 hours on the bus. So we have to go out to get her groomed on Friday. Oh, well... I plan to get some WiiFit in today before bedtime. I really should do that now but I've been out and about AND I slipped on soda in Burger King (yes, I had food there... Bad Artie) and nearly did the split as I was sitting down so I hurt a little. Not as bad as when it first happened but I still had them take my name and number in case I had to go to the doctors for it...

Hello Ladies!! What a great day today was!! I just feel so proud of myself...I stayed on plan, and worked out..not once but TWICE!!! yay!! I did my 30 min walk this afternoon at work, and after dinner tonight while watching the biggest loser I decided to jump on the bike and rode for 30 mins.....I feel so good now...I hope you all are feeling great too!!!!

That's right! I was trying to say to them that they should have each team, Black and Blue, vote on okaying the merge... not everyone else... and I don't know what team vdaybaby is on or anything... I think I need to ask Jelbb if she can give me a list...

okay, got my exercise in today. did day 2 level 1 of the 30 day shred then 20 minutes more doing day 2 level 1 of c25k. that's 40 minutes, i feel good about that.

Man oh man ladies...hunger is kickin my butt today!! I am constantly hungry...but thank goodness I am not constantly eating! I am watering myself like crazy, and kinda wishing the bathroom was closer to my desk Hope you all are having a fantastic day!!!

I am so upset! I lost something (yes, it's materialistic. but still) important to me and there is no way it can be replaced. I was in the mood to exercise, but then i lost it, and now I just feel like watching tv and stuffing my face, or taking a nap... I certainly dont feel in the mood to work out. I'm so upset and angry for losing it!

Oh man that does sound upsetting! I am so sorry about you losing your thing!! I know kinda how you feel...I lost my graduation ring from boarding school a couple years ago and I was devistated...I hope you can maybe back track and find it! This maybe a good time for you to workout...get at least a little bit of your frustration out...instead of taking your anger out on your body, take it out on the treadmill. Again, i hope you can find it!!
