thanx--- he's almost 10 months now--- i made this whole weight loss journey for him--- i promised myself i would lose this weight before he turned one---so feb. 7th is the day --- oh and he was maybe 2 or 3 months in that pic---i should change it to a more recent shot --

I said the same thing when my baby was little too, and then things just kept getting in my way. I gained 100 lbs while I was preggo and now I am learning it was due to my PCOD and it just has not gone away....but not anymore. I am totally in control and will not let fat ruin my life any more...plus I want at least 5 more kids, so I will need to be fit to keep up with them!! HEHEHE

Another great day with my calories...yay!! Going to do the shred tonight, but figured I should let my food settle before I do, so prolly about 9 I will do it...how did everyone else do today??

Food wise good. For some reason, I only ate 850 calories today (including breakfast lunch dinner and snack) and yet I feel full. Unsatisfied though, but full. I'll probably treat myself to dessert since 850 is too low while watching pushing daisies!

Things are going good today so far!!! I had a great day being on plan with my calories and just got back from the gym where I did 35 minutes on the elliptical and some weight machines. I actually have some extra calories to play around with for a snack before bed. Now I just need to figure out what I want to eat LOL

it's absolutely okay if you post it sunday night!

today I had about 400 calories before my dinner. My dinner was a 5oz pork chop, brocolli, one serving of mashed potatoes and a whole wheat roll. I did the shred and I'm gonna go on the treadmill in a little bit. I'll probably have a weight watchers ice cream bar later.

So I just did my 30ds and cried the whole time...still kinda am. had a break down to my bf right after with the "why me...why di I have to be fat...I just wan me back!" He is so great wih handling me...he lost 80 lbs this past year so he understands the struggle. I tried to quit 1/2 way through the dvd and he pushed me to the end...hope you all had an easier time. I dunno if it's the pain or the provera...but it sucks!! just keep thinking...bathing suit!!!

Wow we sure are quiet today. Well i slipped just a tad bit today...I had a handful of chocolate covered popcorn...but i have already forgiven myself for it, and moved on. I just got back to work, my son's school had a thanksgiving lunch for the students and parents (he is in kindergarten)...and let me tell you, as much as I love love love having lunch with and spending time with my son, the lunch was NASTY! hehehe good thing I only had a child size portion so it probally wasn't too bad in calories. We had Turkey LUNCH MEAT with gravey, mash tatoes, stuffing, rice, and strawberries and peaches. When i got back to work there is STILL 3 pies left and I was so tempted that I actually went in to the kitchen got a plate, started looking at them, and decided that I didn't really want any pie. YAY ME!!! How is everyone else doing today? We are getting close to the weekend...anyone have any good weekend hints to stay away from food? It is supposed to snow here this weekend so I am guessing we will be in the house alot.

honestly you should accidently drop those pies into the trash. They're probably no good anymore by now!!!
