I think the inches thing is a good idea but it would make it slightly complicated. If you want to keep track of your own inches, by all means!

Hey Ladies...just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doin today...been quiet on our board...and I am a loud person, so I am going to liven it up!!! i am doing sooooo well today on my eating. I had a 100 cal chewy bar for breakfast, some fruit loops for lunch (who would have thought they were only 100 cals!!), some grapes, and my 200 cal soup for lunch. Good thing I like soup because my honey is making homemade chicken noodle soup for dinner. Soup is AWESOME!! Let me know how everyone elses day has been.

My day has been pretty good!! I'm definitely right on track for the day eating wise. Cereal and milk for breakfast (app. 200 cals), sandwich, granola bar, and carrots for lunch (app. 300 cals), a small snack throughout the morning and I'm about to have another small snack to last me until dinner.

We had a meeting after school and I came home and took a walk. I discovered that the local elementary school paved a walkway around the soccer/baseball fields!!! That was definitely a good find. I walked three laps and ran a lap. I couldn't believe that I actually RAN!!! And I did it without stopping. Granted, my lungs felt like they were ready to burst when I finished running and I feel like my heart is still racing 30 minutes later, but I'm quite proud of myself

I am proud of you too Chele615! I will be getting on the bike again tonight...probably while watching TBL, but last night the weirdest thing happened. This is a new bike so maybe I am just not used to it yet, but you know how like your foot will fall asleep and start to tingle real bad? So yeah that happened to my booty...and I had to end my work out a bit early, because I couldn't stand it. BTW my boyfriend makes fun of me for saying the word booty, but I think it is a cute word. Anyways...that is my funny story for the day...YAY for being good today!!!

oh, i've been busy all day at work today. i'm actually supposed to be busy still right now, but i'm avoiding it.

i forgot to take my before picture last night, so i'll have to remember tonight.

oh man, i bought the 30 day shred last night, and i was going to start it last night but i got shy in front of boyfriend, so i just watched it to see what it was all about. but i went home today and did it this afternoon, and DANG jillian michaels doesn't mess around! if there's one thing i learned about myself today, it's that i can't do a freaking push up to save my life! my arms feel like jello!

You need a better bike seat. Possibly one a bit bigger and more cushy. You can go to a bike store and fine one that suits you. Now, a bigger seat doesn't mean you need one because you might or might not have a big butt. It's just more comfortable no matter how big your booty is. haha

My advice anyways...

Oh, and Kudos Chele615! I can't run more than half a block.

I can't do the 30 day shred without feeling like a wussy either.

I walked in from work... literally right now... and there was a package at my door. My boyfriend sent me the 30 day shred! We should all do the 30 day shred together during this competition if we can. I used to do it 5 days a week, but my work schedule got busier and I haven't done it at all since last week. But now I own it (before I used netflix)
