I can't motivate you on that because I didn't want to do it during my TOM either... but then again I had the worst TOM in my life since I had not had one in the five months previous due to my weight and not exercising.

Come on Mermaid you can do it, and once you do you will feel so much better...I know where you are coming from because I am in the same situation right now, but you know that it will make you feel better, and at least in my case hopefully less bloated.

So ladies...I had to just brag brag brag about myself tonight...I am just so proud!! So I found out yesterday that I was going to have to stay late at work today to help my boss with christmas cards and presents...she told me was going to have beer there and pizza for dinner. So this morning before I left I thought it through and decided I didn't want to spoil my week with pizza...so I took my own dinner, and I feel so good now...I could have indulged in the pizza and beer, but instead I had leftovers and water...YAY!!!!! hope you all had a great day!!!

I went to that prevention web site and at the top I went to weight loss, on the left hand side closer to the bottom here is a button that says weight loss simulator...it's awesome!

double workout today! I did it!
I ran a mile and a half on the treadmil (and I mean ran..I'm proud) and I just finished the shred. I might be ready to move on to level 2! I can get through the whole first level without cussing!

okay, so i didn't see myself getting a workout at all today, let alone two (sorry leighish), but i actually just did the 30 day shred. that's right--at 11pm. late is better than never.

it's only 20 minutes, but hey--i've got 2 finals tomorrow and i hardly slept last night.
